Ground level: living room, sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and utility room. Living room with couch area with TV, DVD and stereo unit, and separate dining area with extending table.
First floor: two fully furnished bedrooms and bathroom with tub. Heating operational all year round.
In the garden: terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Also available: grill, rotary clothes dryer and two parking spaces. The house is classified with 4 stars!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a residential community approximately 60m off the main street of town. In both directions supermarkets with bakeries (each 300m). The residential complex is not a vehicle through traffic. A small children\'s playground available. The beach can be reached by foot in 15 to 20 minutes (900m), past the supermarket, drug store, bistro and pubs, post office, bicycle rentals and other things. Bansin is the smallest of the \"three imperial resorts\" next Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, which are equipped with an 8 km long promenade connected. This large village \"Heringsdorf\" offers everything that benefits the traveler. The back country consists of forests. A half hour bus tour takes the visitors through all three places down to neighborly, Polish Swinoujscie. Bansin has rail link, connecting the Baltic Sea marine and air space \"Heringsdorf\".

If cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the start of the rental, a cancellation fee of €40 is payable. Additionally, if the mediator cannot find a replacement tenant, the following amounts are payable: From the 59th to the 40th day before the start of the rental...............30% of the rent. From the 39th to the 10th day before the start of the rental..............50% of the rent. From the 9th day until the start of the rental................................75% of the rent.
