Nice landlords, but unfortunately completely overpriced!

Although the landlords are very friendly and helpful, we unfortunately have to conclude that it is a completely overpriced holiday home. A rent of 129.00 euros per day has not been encountered by us during our many Baltic Sea vacations, even for much larger and more comfortably furnished houses. Even though the landlords have made an effort with the furnishings and have not used cheap furniture, there are still significant shortcomings. This applies both to the subsequently installed guest toilet without any ventilation option and to the second bedroom, where a 3 sqm bed in a 5 sqm room leaves no space to move. In the large bedroom, there is a third bed but no wardrobe, which can then be found in the living room (!). Accordingly, the accommodation options in the bedrooms were quite poor; there was no provision for hanging or laying down clothes, chairs and hooks were nonexistent, and one had to sit on the edge of the bed to do their makeup. Given the rental price, it’s not surprising that there's only a small television in the living room. Much more problematic is the location of the house, as it is located less than 100 meters from the heavily trafficked country road leading to the Darß. Traffic noise has always been present!
We would also consider a halved rent appropriate during the Corona times.
