We offer you our, so far self-used, non-smoking holiday home from June 2021
It is located away from the road in the outskirts of the village Mollseifen - Winterberg.
Many hiking possibilities in direct house proximity.
The total living space is approx. 75 m² for max. 4 persons
The rooms are on the ground floor:
1 living/dining area and fireplace with adjoining open kitchen
2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 1,40 x 2,0m + 1 x king-size 2,00 x 2,20m)
2 bathrooms (1x WC with shower + 1 x WC with bath)
In addition to relaxation and tranquillity, many leisure activities are possible within a radius of approx. 10km
hiking, adventure cap Winterberg / bike park Winterberg, climbing forest, mega zipline Altastenberg, karting indoor and outdoor, Kahler Asten,
Horse-drawn carriage rides, Hillebachsee with bathing bay in Niedersfeld and much more....

In addition, the forest village of Mollseifen is in close proximity to the town of Winterberg / center about 10km.

- Annulierungsgebühr & Aufenthaltsabbruch: (1) Der Mieter kann vor Beginn der Mietzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Der Mieter hat pauschalen Ersatz für die beim Vermieter bereits entstandenen Aufwendungen und den entgangenen Gewinn in der nachfolgenden Höhe zu leisten: Rücktritt bis zum 35. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 150,00 € Rücktritt bis zum 21. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50% danach und bei Nichterscheinen 80% (2) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. (3) Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass dem Vermieter durch den Rücktritt kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. (4) Der Vermieter bemüht sich ebenfalls einen Ersatz-Mieter zu finden. (5) Die gesetzlichen Rücktritts- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten bleiben hiervon unberührt. (6) Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung.

Super relaxing time in the middle of nature!
Great holiday home with a great location. Just relax and have no one around. The contact with the landlady was very nice and reliable. You can see that the holiday home has been lovingly and thoughtfully prepared for her guests. Everything your heart desires is there. There are many beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area.
Thank you for this wonderful accommodation.

Super holiday home! Great location!
We spent 2 lovely weeks in the cottage by the forest. The location of the holiday home is great. Nice and quiet and right next to the forest. Our Cathy had a lot to sniff and a lot of fun. The cleanliness was top!!! Comfortably furnished with everything you need. We saw a deer in the morning and once a badger. In the evening a fire salamander crossed our path in front of the cottage. Simply unique! Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and relaxation and love nature. We will definitely come back again.

Großartig!!
Wir hatten mit unseren Hunden wieder eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche.
Ein ruhiges, idyllisches Fleckchen Erde direkt am Wald.
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett.
Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleinere und größere Wanderungen.
Danke Frau Dertmann, wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Traumhafte Erholung
Die Hütte am Wald war für uns als Pasr und unseren Hund ideal.Herrlich ruhig, direkt am Wanderweg gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin,Frau Dertmann,war perfekt.Ein Geländefahrzeug ist tatsächlich zu empfehlen,da die Zuwegung zum Haus nicht asphaltiert ist und bei Regen oder Schnee etwas schwierig sein könnte.Dies wurde uns aber schon bei der Buchung mitgeteilt und war für uns kein Problem.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ……vielen Dank für dieses gemütliche Häuschen.
