Tessel 126 is a 1-bedroom holiday apartment for 2 people on the island of Texel. The apartment is located in an apartment complex at the edge of a national forest (“Duinen van Texel”) and in close proximity of the sea resort De Koog. The apartment has a private terrace. The walking distance to the North-Sea beach is about Is 1,5 km (1 mile). The apartment is convenienetly situated on the ground floor at the south-eastern corner of the apartment complex at the Pelikaanweg. The master bedroom is equipped with an additional tv-set and a radio. Morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. Pets (1 dog) are allowed in the apartment (no cats, rodents, nor ferrets). Living room with open kitchen, cooking utensils, coffee makers, fridge, dishwahser and microwave . Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Bicycle storage. Free parking at the premises of nexdoor Van der Valk Hotel Texel.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday apartment has a quiet location on the south-east side of the building. Beach and sea are only about 20 minutes' walk through forest and dunes, as well as the seaside resort De Koog (25'). An indoor (wave) pool and riding stables can be found 5 minutes' walk (by bicycle) from the apartment.
Next door there is a restaurant and bar. Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (also on the beach).

Satisfied all round
Cosy, well equipped with everything you need, so that you can also spend rainy days there (mind you, with an 11-year-old child!). Everything was also very clean. Shopping facilities are easy and quick to reach by car (probably also by bus, but we didn't try that). Everything was fine and we were very satisfied. Highly recommended.

At that time we bought the apartment, firstly, to a part of our free time to spend on more enjoyable way to the beloved Watteninsel. We are happy that our apartment guests at the moments when we are professional tätich home or. We are a couple of about 60 years of dog.
