Description
Newly built house, filled with light, living area and kitchen on the ground floor designed to blend indoor and outdoor spaces. 2 terraces: A wooden terrace with a small pond and a fountain overlooking a garden designed close to nature creates an incredible holiday feeling (our favorite spot). Near the kitchen is another large terrace, equipped with a big, rainproof sunshade, so that meals can comfortably be eaten or prepared outside. The view overlooks a long-grass meadow with many flowers and insects.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including spices.
The bedroom, 14m², is located on the first floor as well as the large bathroom with underfloor heating.
Non-smoking house, no pets. Bed linen and towels (no bath towels) are included.
Basics such as sugar, flour, spices, vinegar, oil, coffee filters, etc. are available.
TV reception is via the internet (50Mbit) through freely accessible media libraries. The next charging station for electric cars (fast charger!) is located in the REWE parking lot in front of Goldberg, approximately 11km from the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the Nossentiner Schwinzer Heide Nature Park in the small forest village of Wooster Teerofen between two nature reserves. The Paschensee Nature Reserve is characterized by the clearwater lake of the same name with the finest white sand – the “mother of all lakes.” The second lake is the Langhagensee with small bathing spots (only about 200 m away) and the Märchenwald Nature Reserve, an old juniper pasture forest. What else is typical: many mushrooms, large blueberry woods, white-tailed eagles, even wolves. Pure nature. Wooster Teerofen is one of the darkest places in Germany and a certified "INTERNATIONAL DARK SKY PARK" star village. Here and in the surrounding area, a magnificent view of our starry sky presents itself from a total of 10 lovingly arranged observation spots on cloudless nights. Every Tuesday around 10 a.m., the ROLLING SUPERMARKET stops almost right in front of the door. At the campsite at the end of the village there is a small shop; you can order bread rolls or rent bicycles.
But you can also dive into the tourist hustle and bustle: Schwerin, Waren 50 km, Baltic Sea 70 km, Plau am See 20 km.
Highly recommended nearby is the sauna area at the resort in Linstow.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. BOOKING
The holiday home can be booked for 2 people. Extra beds are not possible. The booking is made in writing using the booking form. With the booking, the landlord offers the binding conclusion of a rental contract. The rental contract becomes legally valid through the written confirmation of the tenant and payment of the first installment. Only then will the occupancy be marked in the booking calendar. The tenants must send a copy of their IDs due to the uncertain Corona situation and the use of Wi-Fi.
2. CONDITIONS
The house and property are available exclusively to the persons registered by name. Third parties are not permitted to stay. Parking of motorhomes / caravans or setting up tents on the property is generally not allowed. False information or over-occupancy, even temporarily, entitle the landlord to immediate withdrawal from the rental contract.
3. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD/ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Minimum rental period 7 days, arrival and departure day is SATURDAY. Deviations from this can be requested by phone.
4. PRICES
Rental price 105 € per day including VAT and bed linen; final cleaning 80 € (waived for bookings of at least 2 weeks); electricity costs up to 40 kWh per week are included, excess consumption will be charged at the daily rate. (ATTENTION: "Refueling" electric vehicles is not permitted for technical reasons.)
5. PAYMENT DEADLINES
Unless otherwise specified, upon conclusion of the contract/booking, a down payment of 30% of the total price is due immediately after handing over/receiving the booking confirmation. A further 50% of the rental price must be paid no later than 42 days before arrival. One week before arrival, the remaining payment is due. If official regulations do not permit entry, a full refund will be made.
6. DEPOSIT
Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 EUR in cash must be paid to the landlord. Settlement/refund will take place after the rental period.
7. TOURIST TAX

8. PETS
Bringing pets is not allowed.
9. NON-SMOKING CLAUSE
Smoking is not permitted in the entire holiday home or on the wooden terrace.
10. DAMAGES
The signing contract partner (tenant) is liable for the loss of keys and for damages to the holiday house, property, or furnishings that occur to the tenant during the rental period, also on behalf of the co-occupant for the relevant rental period.
11. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The holiday house is available from 3:00 p.m. on the first day of booking. The house must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other times are only possible by arrangement.
12. WITHDRAWAL OR TERMINATION BY THE TENANT
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time in writing. If the cancellation is made at least 90 days before the start of the rental period or if entry or rental is prohibited by government Corona regulations, all rental payments already made will be fully refunded. If the rental agreement is withdrawn from or not commenced, the landlord may claim damages. The landlord is not required to provide proof of costs. This compensation claim will be charged independently of the costs incurred as follows, in a percentage ratio to the rental price:
- 89 to 41 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- 40 to 3 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
- less than 3 days before the start of the rental or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
13. WITHDRAWAL OR TERMINATION BY THE LANDLORD
The landlord may withdraw from the rental agreement without notice in cases of force majeure and in the event of unforeseeable compelling reasons that do not guarantee proper fulfillment of the contract. Breach of contract by the tenant, false statements, over-occupancy, or use for purposes other than intended entitle the landlord to immediate withdrawal from the contract and, if applicable, to claim damages.
14. LIABILITY
The landlord is liable for the prepared service description as well as the proper provision of the contractually agreed service between landlord and tenant.
15. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of the contract become invalid due to changed or differing case law, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.

Better can't be.
We searched for a quiet, tranquil, nature-close, and not least, comfortable place to welcome the New Year away from the "Berlin madness." We found all that here. A super cozy, very clean house equipped with everything one could wish for. The underfloor heating in the 2 bathrooms spoiled us, fast internet kept the connection to the wider world, a fireplace created a great cozy atmosphere, a professional kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure, and the loving cozy decor rounded everything off. The surroundings are characterized by vast quiet forests and lakes in between, where we could undertake wonderful hikes. Everything was framed by the nice and warm welcome from the hosts, who introduced us to all the special features of the house and even personally said goodbye to us upon our departure.
Dear Wiegner family, thank you very much for this wonderful, relaxing, and revitalizing time!

Nature holiday
We spent the last week of September in somewhat changeable weather, a much too short time here. The heavenly peace, the nature, the beautifully located property with its idyllic garden, including pairs of rabbits and frogs... and the large, tastefully furnished house pleased us very much. We felt completely at ease. With bike tours in the surroundings, through forests and meadows, on small roads, through pretty villages, wonderful landscapes, picturesque lakes, and small hikes in the forest and around the two adjoining lakes, we enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately, it went by much too quickly, so we will definitely come back here again. Super nice, very informative, and open-minded hosts, great entertainment - thank you very much!!! Perfect peace in a perfect house!
Those seeking peace and happiness in nature are just right in Wooster Teerofen. The holiday home is fully and very lovingly furnished; one feels like in paradise. The living areas, the piano, the kitchen, the garden leave nothing to be desired. In cooler temperatures, underfloor heating in the bathroom provides comfort. We only saw the rabbits hopping outside the garden. However, we were able to joyfully greet the pond frog couple in the morning and evening. We were here for three weeks and would very happily come back. Thank you very much, dear Wiegners!

Paradisiacal!
We spent a dream week in the beautiful, spacious, very well-maintained Rod Hus, and it was hard for us to leave this peaceful, relaxing place. Exploring the forest and lakes by bike, swimming, cooking delicious meals with fresh vegetables from the gardener in the neighboring village (great kitchen, everything you need is available), playing the piano, reading in the garden under the trees – pure relaxation and recuperation. And this tranquility! Lots of space in the house, 2 great terraces to choose from, and a wonderful natural garden with comfortable lounge chairs and hammocks in the sun or under the trees in the shade are delightful.
Every now and then, the 'garden rabbit' stops by, very idyllic!

Dreamlike
For those who want to play the piano on vacation without regard for neighbors - here is the rare opportunity. For those who want to enjoy a large natural garden by their house during their vacation, you are in the right place. And for those who want to have plenty of space for two during their vacation, they will find it in this two-story holiday home. Scenic bike tours lead to Plau am See (20 km) or Krakow (11 km). However, one must manage the partly difficult gravel paths and forest trails. We will come again to explore and enjoy everything further.
