Description
Newly built house, flooded with light, living room and kitchen at ground level with the concept of combining outside and inside. 2 terraces: A wooden terrace with a small pond and fountain overlooking a naturally landscaped garden creates an incredible holiday feeling (our favourite spot). By the kitchen is another large terrace, with a large, rainproof awning, so meals can be eaten or prepared outside in comfort. The view is of a long grass meadow with lots of flowers and insects
The kitchen is equipped with everything, including spices.
The bedroom, 14m², is on the first floor as is the large bathroom with underfloor heating.
Non-smoking house, no pets. Bed linen and towels (no bath sheets) are included.
Basics such as sugar, flour, spices, vinegar, oil, coffee filters etc. are provided.
The house was once our weekend home. We enjoyed it and always relaxed back to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The brick house located in the district Seelust, a traditional vacation home, just 50 meters from the lake. The house is in a quiet side street, surrounded by a high beech hedge on 1800qm land with terrace and lawn. The large cottage garden is maintained by the owner lovingly. The unique location advantage of this beautiful house is the combination of easy access with enough space and a quiet retreat.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. BOOKING
The holiday home can be booked for 2 persons. Extra beds are not possible. The booking is made in writing using the booking form. With the booking, the landlord offers the binding conclusion of a rental contract. The rental contract becomes legally binding upon written confirmation by the tenant and payment of the first instalment. Only then will the occupancy be marked in the booking calendar. The tenants must send a copy of their identity cards due to the uncertain coronalage and WLAN use.
2. CONDITIONS
The house and property are only available to the persons registered by name. Third parties are not allowed to stay. The parking of mobile homes / caravans or the pitching of tents on the property is generally not permitted. False statements or overcrowding, even temporarily, entitle the landlord to immediately withdraw from the rental contract
3. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD/ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Minimum rental period 7 days, arrival and departure day is SATURDAY. Other arrangements can be requested by telephone.
4. PRICES
Rental price 105 € per day including VAT and bed linen; final cleaning 50 €
Electricity costs up to 30 kWh per week are included, additional consumption will be charged at the daily rate. (ATTENTION: The "refuelling" of electric vehicles is not allowed for technical reasons)
5. PAYMENT DEADLINES
Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon conclusion of the contract/booking immediately after handing over/receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is due two weeks before arrival. If Corona regulations do not allow entry, the refund will be made in full.
6. DEPOSIT
On arrival a deposit of 200,-EUR is to be paid in cash to the landlord. The settlement/refund will be made after the end of the rental period.

11. NON-SMOKING CLAUSE
Smoking is not allowed in the entire holiday home and on the wooden terrace.
12. DAMAGE
For the loss of the keys and for damages to the holiday home, property or furnishings incurred by the tenant during the rental period, the signing contracting party(tenant) is liable, also on behalf of the fellow tenant of the rental period in question.
13. MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT
The holiday home is available at 15:00 on the first day of booking. The house must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Other times are only possible by arrangement.
14. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY THE TENANT
The tenant may cancel the rental contract in writing at any time. If the cancellation is made at least 90 days before the start of the rental period or if entry or rental is prohibited by government Corona regulations, all rental payments already made will be refunded in full. If the rental agreement is cancelled or no-shows are made, the landlord may claim damages. The landlord is exempt from proving the costs. This claim for compensation shall be charged as follows, irrespective of the costs incurred, in a percentage ratio to the rental price as follows:
- 89 to 61 days before the start of the hire period: 30 % of the hire charge
- 60 to 31 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
- 30 to 3 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price
- less than 3 days before the start of the rental period or in the event of non-arrival: 100 % of the rental price
In the event of illness, we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance
15. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY THE LANDLORD
The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract without notice in the event of force majeure and unforeseeable compelling reasons which do not guarantee the proper fulfilment of the contract. Behaviour of the tenant contrary to the terms of the contract, false information, overcrowding or use for purposes other than the intended purpose shall entitle the landlord to withdraw from the contract without notice and, if necessary, to claim damages.
16. LIABILITY
The lessor shall be liable for the service description drawn up as well as the proper provision of the contractually agreed service between the lessor and the lessee.
17. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should one of the provisions of the contract become invalid as a result of changes in or deviations from the law, the validity of the others shall remain unaffected.

Very nice holiday house
A beautiful holiday home standing in an equally beautiful garden. It was very clean and extremely tastefully and lovingly furnished. There was nothing missing from the equipment. The surroundings are very idyllic, with lots of forest and two wonderful lakes. The landlords are very nice and helpful. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in good hands here at the Röd Hus. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would like to thank the Wiegner couple again for the beautiful time in their house.

Nature lovers have hit the spot here!
Two beautiful weeks in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by lakes and forests, meadows and fields. A dead-end village with a campground at the end and, at enough distance, this house, fully decorated hyggelig, with everything you need, including spices, sugar, salt, etc. Kitchen paper, detergent, tabs anyway....
And then there is this nature, a bird paradise also due to the huge birdhouse on the terrace, which should always be filled, we had fun with it, as immediate buyers were coming. Then there is the thrush, which passes by several times and looks for treats, blueberries and grapes were a hit with us and this was rewarded with a private concert within reach....
Thank you for having such houses and especially landlords, we are happy to grab the watering can and take care of the plants.
Everything is there in and around the house, there is television over the internet, which is not common for us, but we managed with the trial subscription of waipu.tv and were able to enjoy familiar channels - but that's complaining on a high level.
I could go on and on, if you are looking for peace, want to go cycling, want to go on the water with the SUP like us, then you are in the right place, even the so cool Mecklenburgers we got to know from the best side!

shock infatuated when booking...and it was just the same
We always like to spend our holidays in nature and quiet...Bull's eye!!!
Fantastic location in the middle of nature and 2 lakes in the immediate vicinity. Super nice landlords who always helped us with words and deeds. The equipment of the house is very high quality and the kitchen is a dream (just say compost hole)?
Shopping: yes, you have to drive a bit, but Plau am See is also very nice...fits...We knew it. We also saw the house and yard rabbit, very nice! Pure relaxation! Thank you very much Wiegner family
P.S. I have never slept as well as I did there

Simply perfect
We spent a wonderful week in this lovely house at the beginning of August.
The house is large and spacious, without any defects, absolutely clean and furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing was missing.
If you want to spend a quiet time, this is the place for you. From Wooster Teerofen you can make wonderful trips by car to Schwerin, Waren, Wismar etc.
Or you can simply relax on one of the beautiful terraces by the house or on one of the nearby lakes.
In short, everything is absolutely perfect and highly recommended!
A big thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Wiegner for the uncomplicated handling and the nice conversations on site.

Time and again!!!!
We have rarely come home so refreshed.
It was just the right holiday for us
We had our bikes with us and saw a lot of the surrounding area.
But also a trip to Wismar, Schwerin, the Baltic Sea or the zoo in Rostock
Is worth a trip.
It is definitely advisable to come by car. There is a camping site in the neighbourhood where you can get bread rolls and ice cream. On Tuesdays at 10 a.m. there is a
(that's when you get to know the nice neighbours). But the nearest grocery shops are about 11 km away.
Super nice contact with the landlords.
Highly recommended!

Super relaxed and quiet
We spent our autumn holidays in this cosy house. The house is very cosily furnished and it was nice to relax by the fireplace in the evening. A very well-equipped kitchen helped us to make a menu of the mushrooms we found every evening. The peace and quiet and the two beautiful lakes invite you to go for a walk - the hustle and bustle of the city then quickly recedes into the distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Under the starry sky
The seclusion, which may be a problem for some, was exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted by wonderful peace and quiet, a gorgeous cottage with a well-equipped kitchen and a piano that plays well, and last but not least, the stars, which really shine brighter here than anywhere else. All this contributed to a wonderful autumn holiday in a great area. Many thanks to the Wiegner family!

Pure relaxation and nature
The weather was not so kind to us, but thanks to the spacious and very comfortably furnished house, in which we found more than one favourite spot, the stay was very nice and relaxing.
The naturally landscaped garden was a delight to us when we went for evening walks through it; we also particularly liked the covered terrace in front of the kitchen.
The surrounding area is excellent for excursions and long walks.

Erholung der besondrren Art
Ein wunderschönes, geräumiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Garten und gemütlicher Terrasse. Zudem zwei Seen direkt vor der Haustür... was will man mehr ?
Die Vermieter sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Sehr gut geeignet ist das Haus und dessen Lage für naturliebende Wanderer und Radaktive. Zum Einkaufen sollte man jedoch mobil sein ?

Vielen Dank für diese Superbewertung. Ja, der Weg in die Zivilisation ist weit. Ein "Hide-away". Aber dienstags um 10.00 kommt der Supermarkt vor die Tür gefahren, gut sortiert und mit vielen Frischeangeboten. Eine Alternative zum Auto.
