The house has 2 spacious flats separated by a door, but can also be rented as a whole. The ground floor has just been completely renovated (2020) with wooden parquet flooring, modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, modern heating with solar thermal, mosquito nets on bedroom windows and new kitchens. There are external blinds on all windows in the house. On the upper floor there is a 67 sqm open living area with a fireplace, a well-equipped children's play corner and a 38 sqm roof terrace.wood for the fireplace is available and can be purchased. The large garden is natural and fenced and there are two terraces and other seating possibilities
The basic price of 160€ is for 4 persons with sole use of the house. For less than 5 nights and 4 guests or more, guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.

Situated in a small, quiet village on the Mildenitz river. Behind the house with a large garden is a large meadow area, then a strip of forest and behind it Lake Dammerow. The village lies in the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide nature park. To the side, the small river Mildenitz flows from Dammerower See towards Goldberg, to the rear, meadows and forest, in the near vicinity, extensive forests and (also bathing) lakes. Suitable for couples, families with and without children, dog owners and groups, as it can be rented as a whole (230 sqm) as well as a flat with 90 sqm or as a flat with 140 sqm.

The house is located in a village in the Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide nature park on the Mildenitz river, from which you can reach Lake Dammerow by boat in 5 minutes. Forest, bathing lakes, wonderful nature with herons, cranes, eagles, red and other game and a breathtaking starry sky characterise the area. A car or enthusiasm for cycling are necessary, as the village has no shopping infrastructure. The nearest village with a supermarket (Rewe) and other shops is 8 km away. In summer, neighbours sell vegetables from their own garden and eggs from "happy" chickens by trust fund. Güstrow with its weekly market, museums and a great zoo and Plau am See are within easy reach. The Baltic Sea is about an hour away.

Very beautiful holiday destination
This accommodation is highly recommended. Very nice landlady, always there when you have a question, very quiet place for relaxation, large house with a large property, ideal for children and dogs. You can hear silence.
A beautiful large house with a kitchen setup that we have not seen in a holiday home - simply amazing. The natural garden as well as the large sun terrace were a dream. The sunrise at the lake and the accompanying boat made it perfect. We were in harmony with ourselves and nature. Our dog, Dame, was outside all day and could romp around without much supervision. The property is completely fenced. It was a great, relaxing vacation. Here, one could let the soul dangle. We lacked for nothing.
