The comfortably furnished holiday home (end-of-terrace house) consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway, shower room, WC, storage room, a terrace with communal garden on 2 floors. A private parking space is also included. In total we offer 5 sleeping places (plus baby cot).
The holiday home is rented out as a pet-free, non-smoking house!

Location and surroundings of object
This comfortably furnished holiday home is located in the quiet old seaside resort of Altfunnixsiel, between Wittmund and Carolinensiel. Altfunnixsiel is an ideal place to explore the East Frisian coast - on foot, by bike or even by car to more distant destinations. Altfunnixsiel is well connected by the B461 trunk road (Wittmund - Carolinensiel). There is only a small road through the village without much through traffic. A small children's playground is within walking distance.
The seaside resort of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, about 7 km away, can be easily reached by bicycle via a well-developed cycle path along the B 461 or via small side roads.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Our privately rented holiday home was built in 2000 and is equipped to a high standard. The two-storey terraced corner house with approx. 69 sqm of living space has a large terrace with garden furniture and a communal garden. The property is bordered with shrubs and flowers. From the terrace and the garden you have an unobstructed view of an extensive paddock and the peaceful nature. All rooms are furnished with modern furniture and are bright and friendly. We are constantly striving to make your holiday in our holiday home as pleasant as possible.
