Description
Our holiday flat was completely renovated in 2021 and brought up to date. The 34 m² flat is accessed via a separate entrance with stairs. The bright living/sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat screen TV and comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, 2-zone ceramic hob, toaster, a microwave with hot air and a fridge with ice compartment. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub to relax after a day at the beach. A seating area awaits you in the garden.
The bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the beach are only a few steps away. And yet it is in a very quiet location. The private car park guarantees a relaxed arrival.

The Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is one of the largest seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. There is a wide range of activities on offer in the town to ensure that you never get bored. Dream holiday
Just arrived home, I have to give a review right away. A great holiday flat with everything you need. The location of the flat is unbeatable for us. The forest is right in front of the door, the beach is only a few hundred metres away and the landlords are very kind and make you feel at home. Unfortunately, our first stay of 5 days was far too short, but we have already booked 14 days for the summer and are really looking forward to it. We have found the perfect holiday flat for us, the search is finally over. Thank you again to both of you and we will visit you every year from now on.

Holiday apartment for relaxing
Very beautiful and well-maintained holiday apartment, great hosts. Very good mattresses; you didn't sink in or feel like you were at sea. It’s a 10-minute walk through the forest to the beach, and shopping isn't far either. You could sit very relaxed at the back and look into the forest while observing the wildlife. Everything was top-notch.

Super relaxed vacation in a quiet location
It is a small but fine holiday apartment. It is completely sufficient for 2 people. The furnishings of the apartment are very good. Everything that is needed is available. The landlords are very friendly, always have an open ear for inquiries, and are happy to help. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is quiet and located directly at the edge of the forest. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is exactly the right place. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and about 20 minutes to the beach promenade directly in Zinnowitz. We felt very comfortable. We give a 100% recommendation.

We had great days. The accommodation is very nice and highly recommended. The landlords are really nice. It's not far to the beach and the promenade. Also highly recommended for dog owners as the dog beach is nearby. We will definitely come back.

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation and the friendly hospitality.
Very uncomplicated and friendly contact during the booking. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord. Additionally, there were very good tips about the sights, activities, and restaurants. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and there is plenty of space since it is not directly by the large hotels. We perceived this as a great advantage during the high season. The location of the holiday apartment also has the advantage that one can spend their vacation peacefully on the edge of the forest, away from large tourist crowds. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade. Once again, a big thanks from us to the landlords!
