Description
Our holiday flat was completely renovated in 2021 and brought up to date. The 34 m² flat is accessed via a separate entrance with stairs. The bright living/sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat screen TV and comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, 2-zone ceramic hob, toaster, a microwave with hot air and a fridge with ice compartment. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub to relax after a day at the beach. A seating area awaits you in the garden.
The bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the beach are only a few steps away. And yet it is in a very quiet location. The private car park guarantees a relaxed arrival.

The Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is one of the largest seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. There is a wide range of activities on offer in the town to ensure that you never get bored. Whether it's the cinema, mini-golf, the numerous restaurants, the diving gondola on the Vineta Bridge, the sports beach with its chilled-out beach bar or the indoor seawater pool and the green natural landscape, there is something for everyone. The fine sandy beach offers every visitor a relaxing spot.

Dream holiday
Just arrived home, I have to give a review right away. A great holiday flat with everything you need. The location of the flat is unbeatable for us. The forest is right in front of the door, the beach is only a few hundred metres away and the landlords are very kind and make you feel at home. Unfortunately, our first stay of 5 days was far too short, but we have already booked 14 days for the summer and are really looking forward to it. We have found the perfect holiday flat for us, the search is finally over. Thank you again to both of you and we will visit you every year from now on.

Ferienwohnung zum entspannen
Sehr schöne und top gepflegte Ferienwohnung, tolle Gastgeber.Sehr gute Matratzen man sackte nicht ein oder war au hoher See. Zum Strand 10 Min durch den Wald zum einkaufen auch nicht weiter.Hinten konnte man sehr entspannt sitzen und in den Wald schauen und die Tierwelt beobachten.Es war alles Top.

Super entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage
Es ist eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist sehr gut. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Anfragen und helfen gern weiter. Die Lage der FeWo ist top. Ruhig und direkt am Waldrand gelegen. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht genau das richtige. Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, bis zur Strandpromenade direkt in Zinnowitz sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns gibt es 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Wir haben tolle Tage gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind total nett. Zum Strand und an die Promenade ist es nicht weit. Auch für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen da gleich der Hundestrand in der Nähe ist. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder

Danke für den schöne Unterkunft und die freundliche Beherbergung.
Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt bei der Buchung. Bei Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Weiterhin gab es sehr gute Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten und hat dort viel Platz, da dieser nicht direkt bei den großen Hotels liegt. Wir haben das als sehr großen Vorteil in der Hauptsaison wahrgenommen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung hat weiterhin den Vorteil, dass man seinen Urlaub am Rand des Waldes in Ruhe fernab von großen Touristenströmen verbringen kann. Zur Strandpromenade läuft man 10 bis 15 Minuten. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein großes Danke von uns an die Vermieter!

Waldwinkel
Sehr nette Vermieter, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Durch den Wald sind es ca. 800m zum Strand. Wir sind total zufrieden und kommen gerne noch mal wieder.
