This fully renovated and exquisitely furnished three-bedroom holiday flat on the ground floor offers the following amenities across an area of 82m²:

- A bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
- A bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed.
- A hallway and a modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, stylish furnishings and a flat-screen TV.
- A balcony for relaxing moments.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The flat can accommodate up to 6 people, including 5 beds and 2 sofa beds. Pets are not permitted.

On request, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Please do get in touch with us regarding this!

Craving fresh mountain air, awesome views, and adventure? In Neuastenberg you can jump right onto the Rothaarsteig – and hike up to the legendary Kahler Asten.

Want even more action? Then head to Erlebnisberg Kappe! Or stay right in town – because the go-kart track and the exciting winter sports museum are located directly in Neuastenberg. Whether you want to race or dive into the history of winter sports – there’s something for everyone!

In winter, you can hit the slopes at the Postwiese ski area, which is basically right outside your door. Or hop on the ski bus and you’re quickly at the Winterberg Skiliftkarussell. Skiing, snowboarding, sledding – everything’s ready to go!

And in the evening? Relax, enjoy some good food, and end the day perfectly – for example at Gasthof zur Post. Super cozy & really delicious!

Very neat apartment in a very nice location. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with all appliances present. The ski storage and private parking space are very nice. At the end of the street, there is a bakery with fresh rolls.

Very nice modern apartment in a great location. Beautiful view, ski slope within walking distance. Bakery nearby. Access to the building and the apartment with a code, which was very good, especially since we were in the apartment with 2 families. Apartment very clean, kitchen with plenty of equipment. Beds were cozy. All in all, we had a lovely time in the accommodation, which we can recommend with a clear conscience and would gladly visit again.
