The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment house, which is very quiet and yet only about 300 metres from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. On approx. 70 m² you will find a spacious, comfortable and cosy living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed. From the living room you come directly onto the very quiet terrace. The entire flat is laid out with laminate or tiled floors and thus offers a very clean, but also cosy atmosphere
The parking space for the car is directly at the apartment, which makes loading and unloading very easy. The living room is equipped with a TV, which provides you with digital TV and radio reception. In addition, free WLAN access is available for your holiday. In the house you can use a washing machine for a fee.

This flat is only 300 metres away from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.
You can reach all important points of the village, such as a supermarket, a bakery or various restaurants, in about 5 - 10 minutes on foot. Due to its location, the apartment is also an excellent starting point for cycling or hiking tours, as there are several hiking or cycling trails in the immediate vicinity.
On rainy days or in the cold season, the Jasmar Therme in Neddesitz, only 10 minutes away by car, offers bathing fun or relaxation in the sauna area.

In this case, vacationers will be refunded the 20% deposit of the travel price, or they can alternatively use it towards a later booking.
