The Strandhus 7 offers all the amenities for a restful and relaxing holiday for up to 6 people on approx. 100 m² of living space.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a utility room
In the generously designed living room, a cosy seating area invites you to relax or watch TV. You can receive satellite TV and radio via the large flat-screen TV
A large living room table set offers enough space for everyone to eat or play. A highlight is also the bay window, which gives the living room an even better cosiness.
The open kitchen is equipped with all common kitchen appliances.
Here you will find, among other things, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and many more.
Through the 4 large terrace windows as well as 3 single windows, a lot of light falls into the living area. The terrace windows give access to the terrace, which extends over 2 sides of the house. Due to the location, you can enjoy the sun here from late in the morning until late in the evening.
The utility room also houses a washing machine and an electric tumble dryer, which are available to you as a guest free of charge.
In the attic there are 3 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 beds. There is 1 TV in each bedroom.
From one bedroom you have access to the balcony. It offers a beautiful overview of the holiday complex and invites you to linger.
There is also another large bathroom with shower.
For a pleasant climate, the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.
High-quality fly-screen windows throughout the house also provide effective protection against mosquitoes.
A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge for small children.

On the grounds of the holiday park there is also a very nice playground and a small sports field where you can play football or volleyball. Since the area is a bit off the beaten track, cycling or skateboarding is no problem.
The Kurplatz, the central place of Glowe, can be reached on foot in only 5-10 minutes.
In addition to the many snack and souvenir shops, most cultural events take place here in summer.
The house also serves as a starting point for bicycle tours, as several cycle paths (e.g. to Cape Arkona or around the Jasmund Bodden) pass in the immediate vicinity.

The island of Rügen is the largest island in Germany and is one of the sunniest areas in Germany. Due to the size of the island, there is much to discover here, not only in summer. The island is known for its wonderful sandy beaches, the famous chalk cliffs and the Störtebecker Festival in Ralswieck. Especially from May to October, there is a varied and extensive cultural programme. All year round, the hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax and enjoy nature, for example in several landscape parks.
The village of Glowe lies directly on the Baltic Sea on the Jasmund peninsula. The Schaabe is located here. This is the name of the approx. 8 km long bay between Glowe and Juliusruh. It is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea coast. The beach is only about 200 metres from the holiday home.
The area around Glowe is also known for its nature tourism. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails can be used for sporting activities. So you can explore the sights of Cape Arkona or the chalk cliffs at the Königsstuhl by bike from here. Glowe is also a paradise for anglers or mushroom pickers.
Whether salmon, cod or pikeperch, the surrounding waters offer a special experience for every angler to pursue their hobby.

Ein schönes Haus mit Mängeln
Das Haus liegt wunderbar, der Weg zum Strand beträgt wirklich nur ca. 250m. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das geliehene Bettzeug hatte schon bessere Tage gesehen, es war sauber aber teilweise löchrig und zerschlissen. Ein Geschirrtuch wurde erst nach Reklamation geliefert. Küchengeräte und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden, wir haben eine Zitruspresse gekauft und gespendet, Eiswürfelbereiter haben gefehlt.
Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt, obwohl es vor unserer Belegung eine Woche frei war. Der Backofen musste von uns gereinigt werden, die Spüle war verschmiert, Staub lag auf allen versteckten Flächen, er wurde nur flüchtig beseitigt. Im Glasschrank sah man die Ringe, wo Gläser gestanden haben. Der Holzkohlegrillrost war verkrustet von Vorbenutzern, die alte Asche lag noch in der Grillschale. Die Fenster des Hauses waren teilweise so "verschmiert", dass das Sonnenlicht kaum ins Haus fallen konnte. Wofür zahlt man 95,- € Endreinigung?????? Die Dusche im Parterre lief beim ersten Duschen über und nicht ab. Der Abfluss wurde allerdings nach Beanstandung sofort vom Verwalter gereinigt, die lose Türklinke zum Heizungs/Waschraum wurde allerdings während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht instand gesetzt. Der Strandkorb, der in der Austattungsbeschreibung erwähnt war, ist nicht vorhanden gewesen. Auf unsere Kritik, die Sauberkeit des Hauses betreffend, ging der Verwalter mehr oder weniger nicht ein. "Die Fenster werden nicht nach jedem Mieterwechsel geputzt", war der einzige Kommentar. Ich glaube, wir haben das Haus sauberer verlassen, als wir es nach der letzten Endreinigung vorgefunden haben.
