With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday, a golf holiday, a beach holiday or a hiking holiday. Your dog is also very welcome in this dog-friendly holiday home.
Villa Grenzenlos is only a few steps away from the sea and thus offers you the ideal setting for a holiday by the sea. A wallbox (e-charging station) is available for your electric vehicles. On cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the cosy fireplace in the living room, while the central heating ensures a pleasant room temperature.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as a refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. A cot and a high chair are also available. A washing machine is available for your laundry.
You can use free Wi-Fi throughout Villa Grenzenlos. The stylish interior design and high-quality materials create a pleasant ambience. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and let plenty of daylight into the house.

This boundlessly beautiful holiday home is a place of relaxation and tranquillity. In the middle of two large bodies of water - the Baltic Sea and the Jasmund Bodden - it is a true jewel. It offers the swimmer with only 300m distance to the beach, a 12 km long sandy beach - the Schaabe - and the nature lover with the Bodden and the variety of nature - pure variety.
This holiday home is the perfect combination of luxury and nature. Every season can be exciting here. Long walks along the Schaabe or the Bodden. Cycling tours to discover the island. A fully and modernly equipped kitchen invites you to cook together or visit one of the restaurants nearby. Fish - homemade ice cream - or just a happy hour with a cocktail on the beach and a view of the sunset.
The property is very large with 1000sqm and fully fenced.
Here you can recharge your batteries and escape from everyday life.

Bathing, swimming, building sandcastles, sunbathing 300 m from the house
Hiking with and without dog, directly at the beach or at the Bodden. Both can be reached without a car. Rügen still offers many wonderful hiking opportunities
Cycling tours. Get on your bike and go. Directly from the house to the Bodden, to Arcona or Binz depending on your condition and preferences. There are wonderful cycling tours. All well signposted.
Golf only 30 minutes away by car is the Schloss Ranzow Golf Club
Water sports only 30 minutes by car you will find surf schools and much more.
Simply relax, enjoy and be happy without limits.
Oh yes, and if you suffer from allergies, the house has a state-of-the-art ventilation system. The air is completely renewed within 3 hours.

This beautiful holiday home has been built and furnished with great attention to detail. We built the house for ourselves and it was not planned to turn it into a holiday home. You will see that we have not skimped on luxury. Sustainability was a big issue in the construction, this coupled with comfort and aesthetics. For those who know, the energy efficiency is better than KFW 40. Geothermal energy and photovoltaics ensure sustainability. We fell in love with the location. The Bodden, the Baltic Sea, the beautiful beach and the nice little town had taken our fancy. That's how the project and this house came about. Now our circumstances have changed and we are renting it out. Enjoy being there. Discover the area and enjoy the house. You can see from these words that we are not professional landlords, but private individuals. If there is anything we can improve, write to us. Just be boundlessly happy there, as we were there.
