Description
The freshly renovated and newly furnished holiday flat with spacious terrace invites you to relax by the Baltic Sea. It is only a two-minute walk to the fine sandy beach. The flat is in a quiet location directly behind the dyke. A parking space is available free of charge at the house.
The spacious terrace with a view of the greenery is south-west facing and sheltered from the wind. Due to the roofing, you can sit outside for a long time in the evening and listen to the sound of the sea.
The flat with separate entrance is suitable for two adults and one child. A baby travel cot and a high chair are provided free of charge on request. On the terrace and in the garden, children have plenty of space to play and romp around. The holiday flat is located in a traffic-calmed area.
The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The living room is equipped with a spacious sofa bed and TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your holiday at the Baltic Sea. The shower room with window was renovated in spring 2021 and offers enough storage space.
Wi-Fi is of course available.
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, a supermarket, playgrounds and of course the beautiful beach are within walking distance. You can take great bike tours along the beach.

Holiday for feeling good
We have now booked with Mr. Labs for the second time. First in Laboe and this time in Schönberger Strand. We were greeted with a spacious apartment that is ideal for 2 people. You enter the apartment on ground level into a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom follows from there. Two steps lead down from the kitchen into the living area and the adjoining bedroom. The associated terrace invites you to grill and chill. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There are parking spaces in front of the house. The beach is only a few steps away. All shopping facilities within walking distance. The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful and responds quickly to inquiries. We will gladly come back!

Excellent flat

For 2 adults, a well-equipped apartment near the beach (approx. 200m).
Restaurants/ice cream parlour and shopping facilities are within walking distance

Super location
The flat is located in a house with two other holiday flats in a quiet street, only a few steps away from the beach
The flat is equipped with everything you need for living/holidaying, and it is not far to the shops, fish market or ice cream parlour. The beach is super nice and spacious, and you can also cycle there very well.
So ideal conditions for a nice, relaxing holiday :-)
