Our country house in Abtenau (Dachstein-West region) is situated in a quiet and sunny location with a fantastic, unique view of the Tennengebirge. Enjoy our beautiful newly landscaped flower garden on the terrace or on the balcony with a glass of wine. Whether as a couple or as a family – enjoy the peace, the fantastic view, and the unique ambiance. Our holiday apartments in a sunny and quiet location have a living area of 70m² with parquet flooring, accommodating up to 5 people with a triple room, a double room, living room with a cozy sofa set, satellite TV, kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, dining area, shower/WC are separate. A large, semi-covered balcony or terrace with grill. Internet access via WiFi (free). Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot on request. Storage room for skis, a free parking space (carport) for your car. Playground and mini ponies for the children in winter.

Our house is located in a quiet, sunny spot 1.5km away from the center of Abtenau, the main town of the Lammertal. An idyllic hiking trail leads you to the center of Abtenau. The nearest inn, where typical Austrian dishes are served, is a 3-minute walk away. The cross-country ski trail passes right by the house. There is a free shuttle bus to the Dachstein West ski resort 200m away.
Enjoy our beautifully newly landscaped flower garden. There is a fantastic, unique view of the Tennengebirge. Here you will find absolute peace.

Hiking and cycling in the freshest air, Abtenau is a true "hiker's and cyclist's paradise." Swimming in streams and crystal-clear lakes. Terrace outdoor pool with speed water slide and flow channel in Abtenau.

Cozy and clean apartment, quiet location
Friendly reception, received good tips about the surroundings. There is plenty to do, for young and old, good restaurants nearby. Abtenau itself is a nice town with all facilities. Really very cozy! The apartment is clean, quietly located, spacious and brightly furnished with sufficient facilities and WiFi. From the large balcony you have beautiful views of the Tennegebirge. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful holiday flat
All in all, we are happy to give this place the highest rating. Everything was coherent and we had a great rest. Attractive, good quality furnishings. Also ideal for families with children. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to recommend it to others. The friendly landlords were always helpful when needed. Own ski room, drying facilities for ski equipment in the cellar, covered parking. We were there in winter, but I think there is something for every season in terms of the wide range of leisure activities. The area is very well developed for skiing. The mountains are close enough to touch and not far away; a beautiful panorama!
