Description
Our house is located in Abtenau, the popular summer and winter holiday resort in Salzburger Land. Only 45 km away from Salzburg. Ski lifts, cross-country skiing trails, winter and summer toboggan run, mini golf course, adventure swimming pool and the village centre are all in the immediate vicinity.
Our house is situated on a small hill, surrounded by meadows with a wonderful view of the village and the mountains.
My holiday flat "Abtenau" consists of:
Separate entrance, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker, cosy living area,
2 bedrooms, shower/WC, storage room,
Terrace with a wonderful view of the village, garden, lawn for sunbathing, parking space right next to the house.
Things like bed linen, hand and dish towels, toaster, TV set, radio, internet connection -WLAN (free surfing!) etc. are of course available.

The prices listed on the price list are valid for 2 persons. For each additional person there is a surcharge of 10 Euro per night. Children up to 2 years free up to 15 years Euro 5,00 per night.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Dreier Apartment - Must read
We spend 3 nights in Dreier apartment - 2 adults + 1 child.
Mrs. Dreier was so kind: she hung swings in the yard especially for our child,
baked for us little cakes which were very good and allowed us to use her own waching machine as much as we need.
The apartment was fully equipped and located in a wonderful place.
We recomend to rent this apartment - Not be disappointed !!!

Beautiful holiday flat
We were super satisfied with this holiday flat. Everything we needed was there and much more. Mrs Dreier was very friendly and helpful. The village of Abtenau is beautiful and from the flat you have an incredible view of the Tennengebirge and the village. The summer toboggan run with mini golf and playground right "next door" was a total hit with our little ones and we adults also had a lot of fun on it.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Abtenau ist ein wirklich schöner Ort mitten im Gebirge und andere Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen (Wir waren z.B. im Kehlsteinhaus und Salzburg)
free time activities: Im Ort selbst sollte man die Sommerrodelbahn auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren, das lohnt sich. Auch die Postalm zum wandern war sehr schön.
shopping facilities: Im Ort direkt waren Geschäfte mit genügend Auswahl schnell zu erreichen und die Öffnungszeiten waren auch völlig ok (bis 19uht)
