The semi-detached house Haus Comfort is furnished with great attention to detail and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. A sauna and an outdoor whirlpool heated to 37 degrees all year round are available for your exclusive use.
The stylishly furnished house has underfloor heating, digital satellite TV and flatscreen TVs in the living and sleeping areas.
The large living room with couch landscape invites you to cosy evenings. The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven
All daylight bathrooms are equipped with a Raindance wellness shower
Furthermore, the house has electric shutters and its own parking spaces directly at the house. Garden furniture and a brick outdoor barbecue on your own terrace, are included in the rent. The garden and terrace area, which you use alone, is fully fenced, so that children or even dogs can play safely outside. Privacy screens provide sufficient privacy
Highchairs and travel cots for children are available free of charge.

Here you can relax in the idyllic landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District and leave everyday life behind. The holiday home is located in the holiday resort of Göhren-Lebbin OT Untergöhren, approx. 200m from Lake Fleesensee. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities
There are 5 golf courses and a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes and 2x 9 holes) in the vicinity and guarantee variety and the right challenge for every skill level.
At Lake Fleesensee, which is approx. 200m away, there are bathing beaches, several children's playgrounds and a dog beach. With the numerous water sports on offer, such as (wind) surfing, diving, kiting, sailing and much more, water sports fans will get their money's worth. Boats, canoes and pedal boats can be rented on site. But also away from the water, the charming landscape of the Mecklenburg lake district, with its numerous hiking and cycling paths, invites you to take part in sporting activities such as walking, hiking, cycling or horse riding. Of course, the little holidaymakers are also catered for, because in addition to the extensive nature, there are several playgrounds, a zoo and several amusement parks, e.g. the Bollewick maze, the Müritz bear forest or the Malchow monkey forest.

Price/performance
Beautiful holiday apartment, very nice furnishings. However, the price and performance do not match. Cleanliness needs urgent attention, especially in the bathrooms. The smell in the downstairs bathroom is also borderline. The floor of the sauna is completely dirty; with some effort, the floor could be cleaned. Unfortunately, the whirlpool is only partially usable, no headrests and only one spot with jets worked. This is very unfortunate, as one books such amenities to use them and also pays for them. One should have been informed about this at the time of booking. In response to the complaint that the pull is dirty, no remedy was provided. The pillows in the bedroom are stained and urgently need to be replaced or cleaned. Even though it is the off-season and one books a higher standard, this should not happen.

There is only one "corner shop" for shopping in Göhren-Lebbin.
