Description
The unit has a high quality kitchen which is fully equipped. The bed is a box spring bed. All furnishings are high quality, partly made by artists or original items from the industrial property. The walls are hung with works by contemporary mostly Leipzig artists, some of whom are tenants of the property.
About 35 artists currently work in the studio house.

Location and surroundings of object
The neighbourhood is characterised by old industrial buildings with and without creative uses as well as residential development. The trendy Lindenau/Leutzsch district around Georg-Schwarz-Strasse is nearby. The cotton mill is also not far away. Bakers, other shops, restaurants and a tram stop can be found within a few minutes' walk on Georg-Schwarz- and Merseburger-Strasse. Next door is another studio building owned by the same owners, where another 45 artists work.

Accommodation as great as Leipzig!
Living in an industrial monument - literally. What a wonderful idea of the owner/architect to place such a cute and tastefully furnished loft in the old industrial building. The factory building is great. The location is top, the furnishings anyway!

The Loft is worth a stay in Leipzig
We were in Leipzig on business and had the chance to stay in this wonderful loft. In contrast to a hotel stay, you can feel the love for design and the respect for the industrial history of the building here
The interior is very stylish with a lot of attention to detail, the furnishings are comfortable. We slept wonderfully in the very comfortable bed!
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and uncomplicated.
We can highly recommend the Loft for a successful stay in Leipzig, the accommodation itself is worth a visit.
