The holiday flat
...is located in the green belt of Leipzig, very quiet but still conveniently situated. There are many excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity (information material on site) as well as enough forest and water to relax and unwind.
The equipment of the holiday flat
The flat is located in a separate building and consists on the ground floor of an entrance area, kitchenette (fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave) and bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a living room (satellite TV), bedroom and lounge. There is room for max. 4 adults, extra bed for child possible.
The flat has been furnished to suit children (plug socket protection, stair gate, potty). The large garden can be used for playing and barbecuing.
The flat is a non-smoking flat, but smoking is possible in front of the building. Bicycle rental and bread service available on request for a fee.

nicht für Jedermann geeignet
Leider sind die Räume nur 1,9 - 2,05 Meter hoch, die Türdurchgänge sind teilweise auf 1,80 Meter, die Küche ist sehr klein, keine Essmöglichkeit, nur ein 2-Plattenherd ohne Backofen. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben wir nicht gesehen auch nicht gebraucht. WLAN + TV-Anlage nicht auf den Stand der Technik. Wohnung sollte eigentlich 2,25 Höhe haben.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Fahrräder hatten in der Garage platz.
Seniorengerecht stimmt nicht, die Treppe nach oben ist eng und steil.
