A holiday home on 2 floors (approx. 230m²) all for you alone!
Landhaus Maria is comfortably and cozily furnished and is the ideal starting point for the countless leisure activities in the Zillertal and for hikes into the wonderful mountains.
For relaxation, there is a wellness area with sauna, relaxation room, shower/WC, and fitness equipment. I would be delighted to welcome you as guests!

Our holiday home is located in beautiful, sunny, Central, but quiet location.
Large garden with Sun terrace, lawn and barbecue area.
Central 0, 5km - ski bus stop 2 minutes away - ski lift 3 minutes - toboggan run in close proximity - Erlebnistherme 1 km. Add is the largest place in the front.
The main town is conveniently located and easily accessible. Add has a distinct culture and is the starting point of the song "Silent night, Holy Night". The Museum, the cheese, historic chapels and churches, and much more, give a special touch to the place.

Fantastic house, with a very friendly welcome!
Everything was great, very big house, very clean and plenty of space!
Close to fantastic ski areas, quiet and beautiful village within walking distance. Bakery within walking distance, several supermarkets.

free time activities: Sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Skigebiete in der Nähe bzw. mit dem Skibus erreichbar.
shopping facilities: Läden in der Nähe relativ klein, keine großen Supermärkte, gute Sennerei
