The floating house is simply fantastic! The sunset is breathtaking, right by the harbor! The location is ideal for reaching Volendam and Amsterdam.

The situation is great, Directly in the marina, Private mooring, Fantastic in nice weather, But you have to be 'seaworthy' - in the wind the houseboat wobbles quite a bit.

The houseboat was incredibly clean and lovingly decorated. The location is great and the view is fantastic.

One felt very comfortable on the boat. Beds were very comfortable and pleasantly warm on the boat. Unfortunately, I missed the oven and capsules for the coffee machine; otherwise, definitely recommendable. We will continue to enjoy our time here.

It is particularly great to have breakfast outside in the morning with the ducks and seagulls. We felt comfortable, but a few things were missing for our taste: ladder so you can swim or get back on board, a few kitchen utensils such as a sieve, soup plate, coffee maker or at least a filter and a pot. Pillows and duvet are plastic, not very comfortable.

Not properly arranged from Belvilla. Furthermore the WiFi was free. It works so slowly that it is impossible to app, let alone watch music or videos. Little atmospheric lighting so take tea lights with you. There is no manual for the induction hob and we couldn't get it to work after calling the owner. This has helped, but you are an hour further. Note that there are only two pips. And the double bed is comfortable, but is narrow 140 cm wide. And I keep finding it separate that you get two separate duvets. We brought our own. The TV hangs at the top with the box behind it, which makes zapping difficult. You always have to get up on your toes to aim for the box.
