Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located directly by the sea in the beautiful tourist village of Pjescana Uvala.
Pjescana Uvala is part of the municipality of Medulin and is located north of it and southwest of the city of Pula on the Croatian part of the Istrian peninsula.
Only 20m. away are the beaches, both sandy and rocky. The beaches are surrounded by small islands that you can reach by swimming or by boat. Only 50m. from the villa you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, etc. The marina is also not far from the villa. Both Pula and the charming town of Medulin are within easy reach.

Perfect vacation in Villa Tina
Everything is perfect about this villa! We spent one week in Villa Tina, the sea is reachable on foot in 2 minutes via the Splash Bar which is located at the front, where you can also enjoy cold drinks. The many rooms are all air-conditioned, there is more than enough space available. There is a garage, a large yard, and also a large driveway leading to it. Sauna, ping pong table, gym – all in the basement. From the garage, the luggage is taken to the floors by elevator, a real relief. The living room, with its open kitchen and dining area, is simply a light-filled dream. The swimming pool is also sufficiently large, and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax and unwind together.
The house is truly very clean and tidy; the owner, Tina, puts in a lot of effort. There are also several restaurants, bars, and 2 supermarkets within walking distance, a bakery also just a 10-minute walk away. It was perfect for us since our dog needed to go for walks anyway ;-)
On the rooftop terrace, there is a hot tub, which is well-used with a view of the Marina Veruda harbor.
For me, the proximity to this was also very practical since I often rented a boat.
Otherwise, all I can say is a clear recommendation for a carefree vacation in Pjescana Uvala. Pula is accessible by car in about 10 to 15 minutes, Medulin in 20.
