This attractive vacation home is 10 m from the sea. From almost all places in the house you have a beautiful view of the sea. The house is located in Pješcana Uvala, 5 km from the historic city of Pula. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden of 1500 m², which has an outdoor pool with hydromassage jets including LED lighting and is located right next to a pebble beach. The villa has a total area of 260 m², is fully air-conditioned and consists of a beautiful living area, a fully equipped kitchen with unforgettable views and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. This villa is ideal for a family vacation simply because it is in a special location!
From the property to the beach is 10 meters and the distance to the center is 10 meters. The nearest grocery store is 300 meters from the vacation property. In 10 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
