The wheelchair accessible apartment complex De Egmonden in Egmond aan Zee. All 25 very large apartments are equipped with the same facilities. Do you need more space for a mobility scooter, walker or (electric) wheelchair? Then you have come to the right place. De Egmonden offers beautiful and spacious apartments for groups of between two and eight people. These are particularly spacious and can be combined by means of a connecting door. The apartments vary in size from 65m2 to 95m2 and all have a large and easily accessible balcony (min. 10m2). Everything has been thought of: a bathroom with two showers next to each other and a shower chair on the wall. Both beds, the bedside table, the desk, the toilet and even the kitchen are height adjustable. Everything is barrier-free, including the balcony. A bed gallows is also available if needed.
