The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet house situated on the edge of the forest near Lake Hillebach, offering an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. Parking is available in front of the house.
The living room features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area. From the living room, you can access the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and there is a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. You can park your car securely in front of the house and also store skis and bicycles safely.
Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take on the challenge of the mountain bike trails. You can walk to Lake Hillebach and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, paddle boating, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, and much more. In winter, it's a paradise for snow lovers. You can enjoy tobogganing and skiing in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure resort of Winterberg. The excellent slopes are just a 10-minute drive away. The enchanting high moorland attracts hiking enthusiasts. The bobsleigh track in Winterberg awaits you only 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten mountain is 12 km from the holiday apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular with travelers interested in mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and walking. The center of Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Further shopping opportunities are a 5-minute walk away.

The first impression was okay and clean. However, a roller shutter in the living room to the balcony did not open because it was broken. Only sockets in one distribution possible. The available laundry room belongs to the apartment where a broken/rusted drying rack was standing and the washing machine was not allowed to be used. Dishwasher and stove must be handled carefully as they were only placed in the kitchen and are not secured.

The location is just stunning! We enjoyed daily hikes right from our doorstep, and the lake was only a short walk away, The flat was cozy and gave us plenty of space to relax after our adventures

We had a very relaxing stay, The hosts were lovely and had even decorated for the holidays! A great spot for nature lovers, and we appreciated the quiet ambiance, Would stay again!
