Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is located in the middle of meadows, not far from a forest and the beautiful Leitzach. This is a small river rich in fish that meanders from place to place and has given the valley its name.
In a very quiet location and the family atmosphere of the house, you can come to rest and recover wonderfully from the stress of everyday life
You can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of our mountains, such as the Wendelstein, Breitenstein, Aiplspitz and Jägerkamp.
Numerous hiking trails lead past old and idyllically situated farms, which are decorated with beautiful Lüftl paintings
For those who want to reach the summit, there are high mountain peaks to climb and all of this is right on your doorstep.
Fischbachau, with its much-visited baroque church, the pilgrimage church in Birkenstein and our warm outdoor swimming pool is a 30-minute walk (2 km) away.
In winter, a cross-country skiing trail is in the immediate vicinity
To the skiing and hiking areas Sudelfeld and Spitzingsee, with over forty ski lifts and cable cars, you can drive in 20 minutes by car
The state capital Munich, with its many cultural sights, can be reached in just under an hour by car or train

Fischbachau is situated in the wide valley of the Leitzach, at the foot of the Breitenstein. The peaks of our local mountains, Breitenstein, Wendelstein, Aipelspitz, Benzin and Jägerkamp form the backdrop to one of the most beautiful regions in the Alpine foothills
Countess Haziga founded a Benedictine monastery here around 1078/80, which shaped the development and history of Fischbachau for centuries. Evidence of this can be admired in various churches and exhibitions.
Conviviality, cosiness and customs are a tradition in our village and are lovingly cultivated. Let us feed you in our cosy and rustic inns or at one of the many festivities

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation & Deposit A deposit of 100,- € per apartment is to be made within 14 days of receiving the reservation confirmation, otherwise the reservation is considered invalid. Cancellations made within these 14 days are free of charge. ________________________________________ If you wish to cancel your booked accommodation, we ask for immediate written notification. In the case of a cancellation, we charge the following cancellation fees: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit of 100,- € is non-refundable. From 63 days before your arrival, we charge 30%; thereafter, from 31 days before arrival, we must charge you 80% of the travel price. If we are able to re-let the accommodation after your cancellation, the cancellation charges will be waived. In this case, we charge a handling fee of 10% of the overnight price, but at least €25,-. To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We are entitled to terminate the contract in cases of force majeure, e.g., war, natural disasters, strikes, destruction of the accommodation facilities, or other similarly severe reasons, without observing a notice period.

Our sunbathing lawn with barbecue area can be used by all guests
