Apartment for up to 4 persons with heated pool and terrace, is one of two apartments in the house, and is located in the beautiful place Fuškulin only 6 km from Poreč. It has a separate entrance. The view from the pool terrace of the olive grove and the unique nature of Istria offers pure relaxation! The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and additional single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the well-equipped living and dining area. From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace and pool. A communal barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. The large garden can be used. The owners live in the house. A market is only 200 m away.
A pleasantly quiet place to relax and a perfect location for all activities in Istria.

The apartment is located in the quiet village of Fuskulin only 6 km from Porec and its beaches. A market and restaurant can be found in the village just 200 meters away. Further supermarkets and leisure activities can be reached in Porec and the surrounding area. It is an ideal starting point for bike tours, sports and leisure activities as well as visits to the cultural beauties of Istria.
You are welcome to use the bicycles to explore beautiful Istria. We recommend you take a trip to the nearby wine routes, where you can enjoy traditional Istrian delicacies and excellent wines. Discover the archaeological sites of the Roman Empire and picturesque Istrian history during a tour to Vrsar. On the way to Rovinj, stop in the Lim Fjord and enjoy shellfish for lunch in one of the most beautiful panoramas in Istria.
