Description

The House Elizabet has an open and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The open living space is very generous cut and from here you have direct access to the covered terrace incl. Barbecue and pool (32m2).

One bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet with washing machine. About the staircase leads to the first floor to the two other bedrooms and another bathroom.

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating).
SAT TV, WiFi, parking and washing machine.

With an occupancy of eight people, the sofa can be pulled out as a sleeping bed for two more people.

Location and surroundings of object

The House Elizabet is located approximately 12km from the town of Porec in Kaštelir- Babici. Kastelir itself is a bigger village with a supermarket (900 meters) and restaurants (500 meters). The town of Porec and the beaches can be reached in only 10 minutes. The area can also explore particularly well by bicycle or on foot.
Kastelir is also a good starting point to the interior that green Istria to explore. Particularly belibet are the towns Groznjan and Motovun, it certainly will not regret!

Dreamlike

A dream house. Superb equipment. Fantastic garden with pool. Super location for excursions - only a few minutes by car to the sea or inland. The village itself doesn't have much to offer. However, the local winegrowers and olive oil producers are definitely worth a visit. The landlords are super nice, took great care of us and even brought home baked cakes. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

recommend for: holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday
