Beautiful spacious semi-detached house, two-storey, "Art House" (148 m2), 6-8 persons. In sunny position, with private pool, 5 km from the sea. Private property 350 m2 , beautiful garden, pool square (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm).

The bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). The bedroom upstairs is equipped with 2 beds, ( 80 x 200 cm). The attic is sloped, ceiling height 140-300 cm. Two bedrooms on the upper floors have an extra bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a washing machine in the bathroom on the ground floor. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower, toilet. Ideally located in Istria to discover this beautiful region in a quiet village, but close enough to enjoy the beaches. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 650 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Marina 5 km, sailing school 5 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 5 km.
