The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and hairdryer.
