Apartment for 4-5 persons, which is equipped with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The parking lot is in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning, safe, LCD HD TV 102 cm, SAT equipment with receiving German TV programs, Internet access (WLAN). If desired, also a cot and a highchair is concerned.
Sheets, towels, electricity, gas and water consumption, cooking and eating utensils, and cleaning utensils are included in price. Linen change weekly.
Discounts for longer stays are possible.

Our cottage is located about 10 minutes from the city center and the nearest beach (Hotel Eden) away. The beautiful beaches in the forest park "Zlatni Rt" are 10 to 20 minutes (mostly through the forest park) away. Supermarket, restaurants, currency exchange, bank, post office, clinic and pharmacy are located in the vicinity. Rovinj - the pearl of the Istrian tourism ... Rovinj - picturesque old town on the west coast of Istria with a unique atmosphere. Rovinj offers the unforgettable image, it may in good conscience call the most beautiful city of the Istrian west coast. The most beautiful houses, churches and palaces date from the Venetian period. Famous, formerly Venetian harbor town with a picturesque old town on the peninsula.
Aquarium, Museum, restaurants, snack bars, boutiques, discotheques, night club. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with a lot of sunny days, crystal clear sea, beautiful natural scenery, numerous historical Baudenkmahler. The twenty islets and reefs within the Rovinj Archipelago, beautiful coves, the Lim Fjord, the beautiful forest park "Zlatni Rt" (Golden Cape), Punta Corrente, the "Marina" and many sports and entertainment have Rovinj one of the most attractive tourist centers made on the Adriatic coast.

| When confirming the booking, we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total invoice, but at least in the amount of the rental price for three nights. The remaining amount is payable on arrival or by arrangement. For stays longer than 7 nights discounts are possible, and the longer the stay, the higher the discount. A surcharge applies for stays of less than 7 nights (except in exceptional cases, if the length of stay is limited by the availability of the apartment): - 1 day 100% - 2 days 75% - 3 days 50% - 4 days 35% - 5 days 20% - 6 days 10% Extra bed: 12-20 EUR per day. Pets: EUR 10 per day. Tourist tax and VAT are included in the price. Bikes on request. |
Cancellation terms:
- If your trip is not possible due to general Covid-19 restrictions, you can get your deposit back (the bank fee deducted) or the full amount can be left as credit for your next visit. On the other hand, if you cancel your trip for any other reason, your cancellation costs will be limited to the amount of the deposit. If we receive another booking, you will receive the deposit back, deducted our costs (max. 50 EUR) and any losses. The loss depends on the new booking and is the difference between your total price and the price we get with the new booking. We can then transfer the amount to you (the bank fee deducted) or it can remain as your balance.

Great apartment
A great apartment. The location is just great. Surrounded by kiwis (and tomatoes). Quiet, but still centrally located. Vesna and Nino are excellent hosts who are always available to help with advice and tips. Thanks again. We have already booked again.

Holiday apartment Kiwi Garden in Zadar
Since 2017, we have been traveling to beautiful Rovinj to stay with Vesna and Nino for the fourth consecutive summer in 2020. We have felt very comfortable with them since our first stay. We have stayed in 3 out of the 4 apartments and have been very satisfied. The landlords, Vesna and Nino, are very warm, friendly, and uncomplicated, making it the perfect vacation for us every year!!!

Top apartment with sea view at the coast of Spain.
The Kiwi Apartment is located in a quiet side street, perfectly situated between the old town and the most beautiful beaches. Both can be reached on foot or by bike in a short time. There is also a well-stocked supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The cozy apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a beautiful kiwi-covered terrace with a view of the charming garden.
The owners, Vesna and Nino, are very friendly and helpful. We have booked the apartment several times and can highly recommend it!

Super Kiwi
Wir hatten zwei Super Schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Frau Sverko und Ihr Mann waren Total Nett und hilfsbereit.
Auch unser Hund Sammy hat es an nichts gefehlt.

We felt very comfortable in the very neatly run holiday flat. Even our dog found a shady spot on the terrace. We were very warmly and hospitably welcomed, spoiled with fresh tomatoes, grapes and olive oil
Whenever we had a question, it was answered in a friendly and helpful way.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Garten. War ideal für unseren Urlaub mit Hund. Strand und Stadt jeweil in ca. 15 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

tolle Ferienwohnung
Unser Urlaub im Sommer 2015 war ein echter Glücksgriff:
Die Wohnung ist toll, eine überdachte Terrasse aus Kiwis, supernette Vermieter und eine prima Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, Rovinj ist eine tolle Stadt, die Lage ist super: ruhig, aber recht zentral.
Vesna und Nino waren eine prima Unterstützung, haben für unser Wohl gesorgt und uns tolle Tipps gegeben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Schöner Urlaub
Waren im August 2015 mit unseren Kindern zu Gast bei Vesna und Nino.
Die Ferienwohnugn ist super sauber und liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.
Zum Strand und in den Ort Rovinjie sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur bestens weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, kurze Wege zum Strand oder ín die Stadt zum Hafen.

Good value flat in a good location
We used the flat for two people, so there was enough space. It is very quietly located at the end of a dead-end street. Everything is wonderfully clean. The covered terrace with furniture and barbecue is also nice. The beach, the forest area and the town centre are only a few minutes' walk away. A supermarket is less than 5 minutes away. The landlords Vesna and Nino are very cordial and always helpful. It was a really nice holiday for us.

Great holiday home for families
We (a couple with a child) spent two very nice weeks with Vesna and Nino in the Kiwi flat in Rovinj.
The flat is spacious, with a separate children's room, clean and with a large covered terrace (you can also hang your laundry there and sit outside in bad weather).
The location was ideal for us. In the evening, you can easily walk to the beautiful old town of Rovinj and don't have to worry about parking. With the bicycles rented (from Vesna and Nino), you can reach various nearby beaches very quickly; you can choose your personal dream beach.
The leisure facilities of Camp Polari/Villas Rubin can also be easily reached by bike (including mini-golf, tennis, boat rental, boules, etc.); especially as a family, this is very clever.
We would like to thank Vesna and Nino for their hospitality. They are very helpful and always available for a chat, but never intrusive. We felt really comfortable and learned a lot about sardines and olive oil from Nino. Communication was no problem at all; German/English is spoken.
If we go to Istria again, this flat will be our first choice without reservation.
