The row house is modern and comfortably furnished. The ground floor consists of the living room, dining room with a sofa, table and satellite TV and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner stove with microwave, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. The associated dining area for 4 people is in the Veranda.Im the ground floor is the bathroom.
An open wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190, mattress 1x140x190) and an adjoining room with a double bed (160x200 1 mattress 160x200).
There is also a swimming pool in the complex.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located between the Clape and the Mediterranean Sea directly on the Etang. The Clape is the annual venue for a MTB championship. There are many MTB routes and hiking trails of all levels. In front of the beach Gruissan-Plage the DeFiWind takes place once a year. This is the biggest surf regatta in the world with more than 1000 participants.
The Clape is very popular with climbers because of the steep walls. The spacious resort was built at the end of the 90s directly on a lagoon. The flat sandy beach is about 400m away from the wide, flat sandy beach.
