Near the beach of Makkum at the recreation center de Holle Poarte 5*, you can find our chalet no. S15 at vakantiehuisjemakkum*nl. There is a private parking space next to the chalet. The bus stop is nearby. This chalet, restyled on the inside in 2021, is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). The chalet has a cozy interior. It is peacefully located only a 7-minute walk from the beach and boulevard. Parking is available at the chalet. Children love it, as the petting zoo and beach with playground are nearby. During the summer months, the campsite organizes various activities for both young and old and has all the amenities that make a relaxed holiday possible. Due to the shallow water, the beach is a delightful playground for small children. Due to the usually onshore wind, the freely accessible beach is one of the most popular windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the Netherlands. You can rent surfing equipment there.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

We are Sandra and Johannes, and we bought and renovated our chalet in the winter of 2020. Since the spring of 2021, we have been renting out our chalet, so that other people can also enjoy our beautiful spot in the cozy and pleasant Makkum Beach, where you can enjoy swimming and windsurfing.
