The living room has a couch with sleeping function, a mini-stereo system with CD player and i-phone charging station, flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven with microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
The windows to the balcony have privacy blinds.
The furnished balcony with sun awning faces south-east.
The bedroom with sloping roof has a double bed (comfortable 1.60m wide) and blackout blinds
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
The very beautiful modern bathroom has a floor-level real glass shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the holiday flat
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. However, you can use the balcony if necessary.
In the underground car park, a parking space is reserved for you free of charge (clear height 1.70 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars).
A storage area for bicycles is also available in the underground car park
A small lockable cellar room is available for e-bikes.

Very nice end-of-year vacation!
Despite all the Corona restrictions with 2G+ etc., we had a relaxing vacation in this very beautiful, clean, and well-heated holiday apartment. We have already marked this apartment for one of the next summer vacations, because we definitely want to experience Binz in summer!

Perfect!
Beautiful apartment in a good location! Perfect for 2 people. The kitchenette is nicer than ours at home ;) ... We enjoyed our stay here and gladly recommend the accommodation!
