A beautiful 2-room holiday flat with a sunny balcony facing west - not far from the beach and the centre - awaits you:
The living room is equipped with CD radio, flat screen TV and couch with sleeping function as well as a kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. In the meantime, a 4-plate ceramic hob has been installed (you can still see the old cooker in the photos).
The furnished west-facing balcony can be accessed from the living room.
The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and double bed.
The chic bathroom offers you a shower, WC and hairdryer.
In the holiday flat, WiFi is available to our guests free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
A free car parking space (clear height 1.50m, length 5m; not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking spaces are available at the house in the underground garage. A small lockable cellar room is available for e-bikes.
Oversized cars can be parked for a fee in the Wylichstraße multi-storey car park or in the collective car park at the entrance to the village.
Maximum occupancy: with 2 adults and up to 2 children or with 3 adults without additional person.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wohnung schön hell eingerichtet, Küche mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet, schickes Bad und da wir mit Zug gereist sind alles zentral gelegen. Binz ist im Herbst sooo schön. Die Stadt war schon weihnachtlich geschmückt. Danke an alle Beteiligten.

Von Binz können wir nicht genug bekommen!
Diesmal in der Residenz Dünenstrasse untergekommen. Klein, fein und sauber.
Unsere e-Bikes konnten wir in der Tiefgarage im kleinen Fahrradraum einschließen, der wohl auf Gästewunsch gerade entstanden war. Endlich mal jemand, der mitdenkt!

Nichts auszusetzen!
Ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung. Auch wir hatten viel Sonne!
Das Ostseebad Binz und auch die Insel Rügen haben uns gut gefallen. Da es unser erster Rügenurlaub war und wir gar nicht geschafft haben alles anzusehen, müssen wir unbedingt wieder kommen. Diese Wohnung würden wir dann gern wieder buchen!

Sehr schick!
Hat uns gut gefallen! Balkon haben wir bei dem Traumwetter ausgiebig genutzt.
