We have now been to Rugana for the second time. And this time we are satisfied, even more than before, as we couldn't take full advantage of every service last time (Corona). This time we even traveled by bus and train and were able to get off right in front. Friendly staff in all areas: reception, bakery, restaurant, etc. We are happy to come back again.

We were treated and welcomed by the staff in a courteous and helpful manner. A supplementary bed was provided to us without any issues. The service offered was satisfactory.
