Dear Sir or Madam, as "regular vacationers" since the establishment of the facility, we can give a good review. The accommodation D39 ranks in the last third in terms of equipment and ambiance compared to those we have rented so far. Of course, the dark decor is a matter of taste. Kitchen utensils were missing: knives, cutting board. Even though a dishwasher was available, it made no sense to turn it on (little dishware). The sleeping comfort was very pleasant due to good mattresses. Regarding cleanliness, cobwebs in the corners and a clogged drain in the bathroom, as well as the heavily soiled windows, have prompted me to clean so that we feel comfortable. We enjoy being guests at Rugana, but we also feel the price-performance ratio. We would love to come back, just not in D38. Best regards, Heike and Kai Uwe Ebert
