Everything was just perfect in the holiday villa, we were very excited.

Neglected - measured by the rent price, the house is in poor condition. There are scratches, dents, and scuff marks everywhere on the walls and floors. The first impression upon moving into the house was not satisfactory. The bathrooms smell, and we had to clean them ourselves in part to remove the residues of our predecessors (toilet, sink). The cushions and covers from the living room, as well as the covers for the garden chairs, had to be washed in order to use them. Everything was stained! When opening the freezer, loose ice cubes were in the compartments and a torn, used ice pack. The coffee machine also needed to be cleaned by us, as mold had already formed.

The facility is very well maintained, the houses are in impeccable condition, and the furnishings are very good. We would have appreciated a brief orientation on the day of arrival. The stove must be activated via the main switch. We only found this out after several hours, as all other devices were operational and the fuses were all in order. Furthermore, we were only given the Wi-Fi password after three days. Also, the requested bicycles were not available. We were immediately reminded not to forget the payment for the dog.
