Our holiday apartment No. 159 was located directly on the street. Contrary to the statement on your website 'Idyllically located at the entrance to Binz, you will find peace and relaxation in the Dünenpark,' we could not sleep at night with the window open nor sit on the balcony during the day due to the heavily trafficked road. When we mentioned this to your reception, we were told that the apartment could not be moved for us, and we could have seen beforehand that a road runs here. Also completely off the mark is the statement: 'Our wellness area surprises with a lovingly designed ambiance, where one quickly leaves everyday life behind.' Have you ever been inside? In a basement level, through which various craftsmen and staff walk and are completely astonished to find a guest there, relaxation begins. Only one of the two saunas works. No outdoor area, not even a window. No relaxation room that deserves that name. We saved ourselves an inquiry at the reception for this, as it wouldn't have changed anything anyway. Perhaps you should just be a bit more honest in your description on your website, that would save some trouble. Apartment 159 was nicely furnished, except for the kitchenette. The dishwasher baskets were completely rusted. The refrigerator has two settings: off and on. When in operation, the contents are automatically deep-frozen; no lower setting is possible. The mattresses were larger than the beds and designed for special durability. Fortunately, we had brought toppers and could lie down somewhat comfortably.

We felt very comfortable! The staff is very nice and uncomplicated! The vacation apartment is great equipped. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken, and the water was not drained. We reported this to the reception, who reacted immediately. The repair could only take place after our stay due to the weekend.
