The flat was completely renovated only in December 2014, is located in a prime, quiet but central location and is only about 150 metres from the beach (beach access 7).
The furnishing of the flat is of very high quality. The furnishing of the rooms has been done with great care and attention to detail. The kitchen area fits perfectly into the feel-good ambience of the cosy living room. The centrepiece is a high-quality fireplace with marble bench seat and a large LCD flat-screen TV. The couch, as well as the seating area in the kitchen, can be described as high-quality and comfortable. The flat has a separate entrance on the south side of Villa Birkenboom. This entrance is exclusively at your disposal. The parking space is located separately from the other parking spaces of the house directly next to the entrance and thus offers undisturbed parking and short transport routes. On the approx. 12 square metre south-facing terrace, which is made of wooden planks and surrounded by bushes and lawn, there is the possibility to enjoy all meals undisturbed and in peace, completely undisturbed from strangers' glances. The entire outdoor area from the entrance area to the terrace belongs to our flat and can only be used by you. In front of the house, next to the entrance, a cosy bench invites you to linger. Our visitors' flat has 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room, the cosy sofa bed can be used for an additional 2 persons. The latter, however, only by arrangement. The bathroom is also furnished in a high quality and modern style. Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
The property is located on a lightly frequented play street. The flat is also located in the part of the house facing away from this road.
