The flat was completely renovated only in December 2014, is located in a prime, quiet but central location and is only about 150 metres from the beach (beach access 7).
The furnishing of the flat is of very high quality. The furnishing of the rooms has been done with great care and attention to detail. The kitchen area fits perfectly into the feel-good ambience of the cosy living room. The centrepiece is a high-quality fireplace with marble bench seat and a large LCD flat-screen TV. The couch, as well as the seating area in the kitchen, can be described as high-quality and comfortable. The flat has a separate entrance on the south side of Villa Birkenboom. This entrance is exclusively at your disposal. The parking space is located separately from the other parking spaces of the house directly next to the entrance and thus offers undisturbed parking and short transport routes. On the approx. 12 square metre south-facing terrace, which is made of wooden planks and surrounded by bushes and lawn, there is the possibility to enjoy all meals undisturbed and in peace, completely undisturbed from strangers' glances. The entire outdoor area from the entrance area to the terrace belongs to our flat and can only be used by you. In front of the house, next to the entrance, a cosy bench invites you to linger. Our visitors' flat has 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room, the cosy sofa bed can be used for an additional 2 persons. The latter, however, only by arrangement. The bathroom is also furnished in a high quality and modern style. Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
The property is located on a lightly frequented play street. The flat is also located in the part of the house facing away from this road.

The flat is located at Birkenstraße 5a. This is a preferred, quiet yet central location in Zingst. The centre is within walking distance. It is only 150 m to the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Eine schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Ausstattungsmängel
Das als gemütlich benannte Sofa war leider mit kleinen und großen Flecken versehen, die eklig aussehen und nicht definierbar ist , ob es Hundepisse oder sonst was ist. Die zwei weißen Decken lagen in einem Schlafzimmer , verdreckt und voll Haare, die Sofakissen lagen verdreckt im Schuppen. Nur eine von drei Birnen an der Stehlampe war funktionsfähig. Nur ein Klo hatte Toilettenpapier. Die Pfannen sehen unappetittlich aus. Ein Schlafraum war nur unzureichend gereinigt und mußte nachgereinigt werden.
Unsere Beschwerde bei dem unangenehmen Verwalter führte zu einer üblen Stimmung die den Urlaubsstart und auch das Urlaubsende zu Alptraum machten.
Eine ordentliche Wohnungsübergabe oder Wohnungsabnahme fand nie statt. Den Schlüssel bekamen wir versteckt ( am Haus ) übergeben.
Die Kaution wurde am Ende willkürlich mit der Endreinigung verrechnet, obwohl uns die Eigentümerin diese in einer Mail erlassen hatte.
Wenn in der Wohnung Alles in Ordnung ist, dann ist sie prima. So macht es leider keinen Spaß und jeden Tag habe ich mich über das eklige Sofa geärgert, obwohl wir neue Decken darüber gelegt haben.

Wir waren sehr schockiert über die Bewertung des Gastes, da wir zu unserer Wohnung bisher nur positive Rückmeldungen erhalten haben. Die Kritik haben wir dennoch sehr ernst genommen und weitere Gäste unmittelbar im Anschluss an diese Buchung aktiv befragt. Letztendlich können wir die Äußerungen nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Wohnung erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit und befindet sich in einem tadellosem Zustand. Dies sicherlich deshalb, weil uns nicht nur die einmalige Buchung, sondern die Zufriedenheit unserer Feriengäste und vielen Stammgäste am Herzen liegt und wir aus diesem Grund auf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre in tadellosem Zustand in unseren Wohnungen größten Wert legen.
