This is a magnificent 4-bedroom villa in Urbanització Bon Relax. Equipped with a pool, the villa is just 1 km from the beach and the centre of Sant Pere Pescador. It is ideal for two families.
The sloping sandy beach of Sant Pere Pescador is close by. You're in the Emporda region, one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Mediterranean. Visit the Aiguamolls Emporda natural park (4 km), the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries (5 km), the Dali museum in Figueres (17 km) and the Cap de Creus natural park (30 km) for a wholesome vacation. You'll find a restaurant and supermarket 1 km away.
The house has a spacious living room with satellite TV. The garden is beautifully landscaped and illuminated. This is where you would want to have a barbecue. The shared swimming pool is inviting and relaxing. You can get a cot and high chair for a fee. You're allowed to bring 2 pets for €3/pet/night.
Public transport is 20 km away and Girona airport is 45 km away.

We had a very good stay in this rental. The very large garden with its swimming pool are great assets. A point of improvement would be to bring the barbecue closer to the terrace in order to enjoy meals together. The village of Sant Pere allows you to find all the facilities such as pharmacy, mini-market as well as many restaurants. In short, we had an excellent stay.

I wanted to make a formal complaint, due to a problem that we found in the house and that we discussed with the contact person that we had. Arriving at the house after a couple of days we realized that a person lived in the lower part of the house, whom we have been crossing at the entrance of the house or while we were in the pool we have seen him go by breaking our privacy and privacy. On the other hand, around the pool there are raised tiles and they damaged my wife's foot, causing a cut (I have pictures).

We have already booked really nice houses through Belvilla, unfortunately this house was the complete opposite. There were no clothes rails in the closets, we had to use clotheslines, and the bathrooms were dirty. the toilets totally colored, all drains rusted. We didn't use the pool, at first, according to the technician, the pump was blocked. As a result, the water was very cloudy and smelled really putrid, after the repair, the power went out in the whole house. Unfortunately, a seal was probably no longer in order, the electrical system was completely under water. After we had given our assessment of the house and the situation on site, we were loudly verbally abused by the manager, for example all Germans! Square heads are arrogant and the worst ever. We were very surprised, until then we had always got on well with the Dutch management in Sant Pere over the years. Of course, we took pictures of the whole evil, I am happy to make them available. We had the impression that the employed lady was completely overwhelmed by her job, a shame

Garden and pool are wonderful, big, beautiful and with very comfortable pool beds. The house would appreciate an internal renovation, even though distribution is very good and rooms are spacious.

(Holiday August - September 2018) Very nice, spacious house. Huge well-kept garden. Really huge pool 6m x 12m! We were there with our 3 lively children. They had a lot of fun in the pool and none bothered when it got louder.For the beautiful beaches in the area is recommended a car.Unfortunately visit Mas Gusó, restaurant and winery within walking distance.

The information from Tothouses to collect keys was clear. It is painful that the house number on paperwork did not match the number on the house (on house # 1 on paperwork # 3) House was clean and nicely cleaned up. that surprised the fact that there was really nothing leftover detergent, detergent, spices, ...

The pool house was worth. You really come to rest and the children may be able to play as much as they want in the big pool.A thing that could be better AC in the bedroom, everything was perfect !!! Definitely recommended for families with children !!

When we drove into the street, I knew immediately that we were almost there, and 200 meters further we saw a villa closer relax and thought it impossible that it's going to be ... Oh yes! It is a big house with a garden to dream away and a pool to cool until the early hours. Away from It is a calm village heeeell so if you want to relax with your family or with five comrades want to go on vacation and want to use to sleep after a night on stage, the house, then this house is perfect. The photos on the site are really as it is, because I had already scared voor.op an hour of Lloret de Mar and 20 min of Empuriabrava, where VAT is Karma nightclub (then had the best DJ we had ever heard, and I've already heard veeeeel). Really worth.

The owner lives in sub- ground, but do not bother, very nice.

The villa was somewhat outdated but everything was there what was needed. The arrival was beautiful. The people in the tothouse were super friendly! The service is really great. Nothing to complain about. The owner of our villa was already an old lady but so friendly. She made every effort to understand us. She has left a place in our hearts.

The house, the location, the pool and the bbq place itself were super. Unfortunately, the reception was not very customer-friendly and the house was not clean when we arrived. Even a power outage at night could not be remedied.
