Description
“Luxury dune cottage” for up to 4 people.
The dune cottage is located at Wilhelminastraat 98, right next to the beautiful, green-covered dunes.
The cottage has a separate entrance. This is a blue garden gate, next to house number 98.
After you walk 10 meters through the bamboo door, you have your own fenced garden, which faces south and is equipped with garden furniture. In just 250 meters you are at the beach or the boulevard and in just 2 minutes you are in our beautiful fishing village.
The summer house has 2 floors and is equipped with many windows, so you have the feeling of being right in the middle of nature.
On the lower floor, next to the entrance door, you have a large patio door. You can open this completely in the summer to enjoy even more of the holiday feeling. There is also a completely newly furnished, open kitchen on the lower floor with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, an oven with integrated microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
The dining area is suitable for up to four people and is located next to the kitchen.
The living room is also on this floor and has a cozy sitting area with television and German channels.
You have free Wi-Fi throughout the dune cottage. On this floor is also the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet and a shower.
If you go up the stairs, you have two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a view of the dunes and is equipped with 2 single beds. If you go through this bedroom, you come to the other bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.
The summer house is very well suited for families with children, but it is also perfectly suitable for couples. If you book the dune cottage, you will receive an electronic parking card so that you can park for free on this street.
Wellness area
The private wellness area is divided over 2 levels and is located in the new apartment complex at Wilhelminastraat 114D, just a stone's throw from the dune house.
Downstairs is the wellness area and upstairs is the relaxation/meditation room. In the wellness area, a large Finnish steam sauna, which you can also use as an infrared sauna, is available to you.
There is also a 2-person whirlpool with waterfall, as well as an ice bath, a shower, a toilet, and a hand basin.
In the upper area there are 2 lounge chairs, a coffee and tea corner, as well as a full-body massage chair.
Two yoga mats and a meditation corner are also located on this floor. You are welcome to reserve a 2.5-hour wellness stay with us.

The cottage is located 250 meters from the beach and the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago a fishing village was established here, but since the beginning of the last century the village is also interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly visible in the townscape. The Jan van Speyk lighthouse stands prominently on the beach promenade and can also be seen from the village.
The village offers a lot of entertainment to the holidaymakers. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping centre where everyone can find what they are looking for. In the summer, an event with lots of village entertainment is organised every week, which can be enjoyed from a terrace on the Pompplein square.
Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open seven days a week all year round and are easily accessible.
Adjacent to the development of Egmond aan Zee begins the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve.
Egmond can offer both beach, a beautiful promenade and a welcoming village centre. You will definitely not be bored on the beach, as numerous activities are often organised here. Egmond is also located in a beautiful area surrounded by extensive dunes. Nearby are also other beautiful destinations such as Bergen aan Zee and the woods. Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area.
Egmond aan Zee is also close to Alkmaar, a city with plenty of culture and history, such as the famous cheese market, which is also worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are within easy reach.

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements. There is on the one hand, this cozy "village feeling" - and yet everything you need, also available: shops, beach, dunes and of course the beach promenade For us, it is the ideal place, we have our good fortune found hope to welcome you in one of our comfortable accommodations you soon.
