Our apartment has its own private entrance and patio
in Egmond aan Zee. At the base of the spectacular western coast, dunes
and literally a few minutes walk from the beach, Boulevard and
Sand dunes. The charming town center, restaurants and shops
ebenfallls within walking distance.

We had a great vacation!
very good location, as the beach and center (including bakeries and discount stores) can be easily reached on foot; great bus connections to Alkmaar, Schoorl, Bergen, Castricum; the holiday apartment or summer house is small but nice and has satisfied us in terms of facilities, furnishings, etc., great value for money, very nice contact with the landlord before arrival.

Great accommodation
My husband, me, my daughter, and our Labrador Gismo stayed in Egmond for a week. The accommodation is centrally located. Only a few minutes' walk to the beach. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. A few minor issues in the bathroom were repaired on the same day after speaking to the owner. Just be cautious of the steep stairs if you have small children. And our dog went up the stairs but not down. He slept downstairs for the duration, which was not a problem. Very nice landlord.

: Favorable price for the location.
Not even 5 minutes to the beach, clean and wonderfully quiet. However, the bedrooms and balcony could use a new coat of paint. There's a shortage of small spoons and unfortunately the coffee pot wasn't clean. Therefore, a few stars less.

Very loving reception
After a very loving and charming welcome, we found a very neat apartment. We lacked nothing, and the best part was that we didn't have to bring bedding and towels as usual. This reduced the luggage by half. :-) The bottle of wine with the little note "Welcome Fam. L..." also positively surprised us.
