This spacious chalet in Neukirchen offers an excellent year-round retreat for families and groups, combining alpine adventure with relaxing wellness facilities. Just 3 km from the Wildkogel-Arena Neukirchen & Bramberg slopes, it is ideally placed for skiing, hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. After an active day, unwind in the private sauna and relaxation area, take a refreshing dip in the natural swimming pond, or enjoy a drink on the balcony.
Spread across three floors, the chalet is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. The ground floor includes an entrance hall and ski storage with ski boot heaters, while the first floor houses comfortable bedrooms for restful nights. On the second floor, guests can gather in the living room with a TV and fireplace, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or relax in the sauna area with balcony access. A washing machine and carport add further convenience.
Restaurants are just 600 m away, with the town centre 1 km from the chalet and supermarkets within 2 km. The spectacular Krimml Waterfalls lie 11 km away, while the Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Lift is around 13 km from the property. Innsbruck Airport is approximately 107 km away.
Winter sports enthusiasts have excellent options nearby, including a ski lift and practice slope ideal for beginners and young families. More experienced skiers can take the free ski bus to the Wildkogel Arena, offering 75 km of pistes—35 km blue, 30 km red, and 10 km black—plus 200 km of scenic cross-country trails. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski areas are also within driving distance, making the chalet a well-connected alpine base.

What a pleasant stay! The chalet was spacious and well-equipped for our family. We enjoyed the sauna after a long day on the slopes, and the natural swimming pond was a unique touch. We will definitely come back!

We were impressed by how well the chalet was equipped. The three bathrooms were a blessing for our large group. The outdoor area for swimming looked inviting, but we did not have the opportunity to use it.

The cottage is really fantastic, super clean, super luxurious, everything your heart desires. 1st floor a laundry room and a room for skis etc. Then a floor with a beautiful kitchen and sauna with guest room. The top floor has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Really fantastic! The location is reasonable, not perfect for skiers, you need the car (as far as we are concerned). You can walk to a short descent (climbing) and then take a train. Or there is a bus in the morning. In the village (5' drive) you can park for free and there are ski depots, so there is a work around. But to conclude, the cottage is really fantastic, we've never had better than this and we may never get it again. The location is a downside for winter sports enthusiasts, but manageable.

Very spacious and comfortable chalet, finished to perfection with a fantastic view. All amenities are available in a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained park in the middle of nature. The host and wife are very friendly and the Italian restaurant is top notch. Ample opportunities in the area to relax in nature: walks, mountain karting, trips to Innsbruck and Salzburg are all doable. Top location!

The chalet was clean and spacious, perfect for our group of friends, We appreciated the modern amenities, like the dishwasher and washing machine, The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times,
