Attractive, sunny, quiet yet centrally located semi-detached house with a view of a nature reserve. The holiday home for up to 6 people offers comfort for a relaxing holiday and is tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with kitchenette (üler), cozy sitting area and fireplace; furthermore, a bedroom as well as a shower room with washing machine. From the living/dining room you have access to the sunny terrace. Upstairs, another bedroom with storage room is available to you. The entrance area of the house can be used as a second terrace. Next to the house entrance there is a separate storage room for grill, bicycles, terrace furniture. Furthermore: satellite TV, stereo system/CD, cot, ironing board and iron.
The holiday house is equipped with central heating and a fireplace and is therefore usable all year round.
The house was built in 1998 and has since been completely renovated, among other things. in 2015 installation of new guest WC on the upper floor, in 2020 new bathroom downstairs, 2021 new living room, 2022 new bedroom on the ground floor, in 2021 new kitchen, 2024 new bedroom and new floors in the hallway, 2025 new interior doors

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is located in a holiday village in the vicinity of a protected landscape. The Baltic Sea Beach is just 300 m away. There are only 700 m to the Centre of Bolten Hagens with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops.
The accommodation is surrounded by trees and grassy areas to relax and play and also ideal for children, as also a playground is nearby. Shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity.
