This quietly located holiday home is situated on a 570 m² plot in the Baltic seaside resort of Ahrenshoop / OT Niehagen. On a living area of 40 m², you will find a living room with dining area and TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. The couch in the living room can sleep another person (1.00 m x 2.40 m). You can also spend cosy hours on the outdoor terrace, fireplace grill is available. The holiday home has central gas heating and a wood-burning stove.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday house is located in a spacious cottage with direct beach access. It is 600 m to the beach, the town centre of Wustrow with the pier, as well as numerous restaurants in 10 minutes walk. The cliff in the direction of Ahrenshoop offers you a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The entire peninsula has well-developed cycling and hiking trails. Simple bikes are available free of charge.

No cancellation fees if the trip cannot be commenced due to official restrictions, such as a lodging ban. A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing. In this case, the landlord is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: Cancellation fees: up to 91 days before rental start 50.00 €, from 90 to 61 days before rental start 25% of the rental price, from 60 to 35 days before rental start 50% of the rental price, from 34 to 2 days before rental start 80% of the rental price, 1 day before rental start or in case of no show 95% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

House by the Sea
We felt very comfortable as a couple in the cozy little house with a large garden. Nothing was missing, and the location is simply unbeatable (5 minutes on foot to the Baltic Sea, 15 minutes by bike to Ahrenshoop, discount store reachable in 5 minutes by bike). We would love to come back!

Great house and nice landlady
We spent the turn of the year with our little dog in the beautiful Fischlandhaus of family Wagner and will gladly come back. Everything was perfect for us, the turn of the year was pleasantly quiet in the poplar avenue with a ban on firecrackers, you could hear something from the beach but not worth mentioning. It was great for our anxious dog and for us too. The house itself lacks nothing, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything is very clean. The handing over of the keys via the rental office went very smoothly and everything was very friendly. So to sum up, 100% recommendation. It is not far to the beach and the walking paths around are great with a dog.
