Grosses Haus mit vier vollwertigen Doppelschlafzimmern. Sehr ruhig gelegen, nah zu den Inseln und Halligen, ideal für Ausflüge von Friedrichstadt bis Seebüll.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist: die Klobürste im WC könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst alles tiptop! Vielen Dank.

Super beautiful house situated in the fantastic Hattstedtermarsch. Cows and sheep as neighbors and geese flying over the landscape. At night, a starry sky without light pollution. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this is the wrong place.

Thank you (also on behalf of my colleagues) for allowing us to stay at Käptns Hus during the HusumWind fair. Everything was smoothly organized in advance by the team from "Ferien an der Nordsee" (despite increased effort due to the Corona pandemic). The communication worked flawlessly. We all loved the accommodation. Especially at night, the secluded location of the house in deep darkness and rural calm is fantastic. The facilities are top-notch. There is even a wallbox for electric cars :-)

Very beautiful, large house with great views on all sides. Quiet location and very bright inside due to the large windows. Inside fully equipped with comfortable sofa, large dining table, good TV, and modern equipped kitchen. 2 modern bathrooms and an infrared sauna. Outside separate barbecue area, large terrace, a beach chair, and 8 garden chairs, but no loungers. A house to feel comfortable in. You are in the city within a few minutes (very good bakery, butcher, and fish shop) or at the dike and can take beautiful walks there. Directly in the bird sanctuary.

The house is located somewhat off the beaten path in Hattstedtermarsch. It is very spacious and well equipped. We spent three weeks at Käptns Hus and felt very comfortable. You can make great excursions by bike, shopping opportunities are also not far away, or simply enjoy the house, the garden, the cows, sheep, and horses in the neighborhood. We highly recommend the house!

Beautiful house, secluded, surrounded by meadows, with a view of the dam in the background. Pure idyll. When I looked out the window, I could observe, among other things, the pheasants, hares, marsh harriers, stonechats, redshanks, and thousands of barnacle geese. A paradise for nature lovers. A house to feel comfortable with beautiful furnishings. I was here for the second time with my daughter and son-in-law. We felt very comfortable. On the last evening, a barn owl sat on a post at the entrance. A farewell gift for us bird watchers!

A beautiful house provided us with a fantastic holiday. The secluded location, the modern and extensive equipment of the house, and the associated comfort allowed us to immerse ourselves in a phase of relaxation faster than ever before. We would have loved to stay longer.

The house is very beautiful and mostly well maintained. The location is fantastic if you want peace and quiet. The bakery and butcher are quickly reachable. The kitchen equipment is great, only the wine glasses were a bit lacking ;-) The restaurants in the area are all very good and Husum is a nice little town with all possibilities. The surrounding destinations and beaches are easy to reach. We really enjoyed walks and bird watching in the area. The small points of criticism are that I did not expect spider webs and several spiders in the house. Also, the spider webs between the thatched roof and the house could be removed occasionally and the windows were not well cleaned.

The house is very big and spacious. Everything was clean and in a very good condition. We had a very nice vacation! The peace and the large garden are ideal for relaxing. The bathrooms are all new and of high quality. Only the grill area was a little sparsely furnished. Another seating option would be appropriate. Otherwise everything was TOP. You are quickly at the dam and with the bicycle in 25 minutes in Husum. Would love to come back!

The booking process went smoothly and all the necessary information came in a timely manner. The house is well equipped and is in a very quiet location. We were on holiday with the extended family and felt very comfortable.

The 3 weeks were pure relaxation, breakfast on the terrace, the cows and birds in the neighbourhood and the grey geese overhead. Dinner from the barbecue with a fantastic sunset. The house was absolutely clean and the fly screens ensured a good night's sleep.

In Käptn's Huus you can have an excellent holiday as a large family or travel group. The bedrooms are not pass-through rooms, there are 2 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook well for many heads - and the view is magnificent. The beds are soft, the sanitary facilities are state of the art, and there are maps and info flyers in the living room if you are still looking for a day trip (though these are sometimes a year old, and could be updated). All in all, this is exactly what I imagine a perfect holiday home to be.

The holiday home offers coherent accommodation with tasteful, modern furnishings and everything it needs. The location is somewhat secluded, but in great countryside and suitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The house was basically very clean and well maintained. Only the windows did not like to be opened, as they were also very dirty in the frame. Unfortunately, there is no storage space for bicycles. It would be desirable if a corresponding possibility could be created.
