Beautiful rustic farmhouse with all amenities

We were a group of 12 people who spent a long weekend at the Bullerbü holiday home to bring together my old and new circle of friends, and we were completely thrilled.
The holiday home is rustic and generously equipped, with a very good spatial layout and also offers retreat options for people who wanted to withdraw. The sauna is located in the kitchen, so even when using the sauna, you are not excluded from the group, which we liked very much.
The garden is also very large and perfect for children to play in. We did not rent the wooden house in the garden this time, but we will definitely do so next time, as it provides another retreat option and is perfect, for example, for accommodating the little ones without disturbing them during longer nights.
The neighborhood was very relaxed, even when we stayed up late at night!
Frau Boock was a very friendly and warm hostess who surprised us with freshly laid eggs from her own chickens and promptly took care of any matters. Therefore, we felt comfortable from the very first second - just as it should always be!
Thank you for everything - We will be back :-)

Family vacation from grandma to teenager

After a few years, we were once again at Haus Bullerbü in Bohmstedt with a total of 9 people. From the wheelchair-accessible bathroom (for grandma) to fast Wi-Fi (for teenagers), everything was available. The house is clean, spacious, with a huge garden for our dogs, fresh bread rolls around the corner, a sauna for 4 people... what more could one want? Even after 7 years, we were greeted like old friends, and it will definitely not be our last holiday there. Many thanks to the Book family, and I hope you will continue in the rental business.

Wonderful vacation for a group of intellectually disabled people

We had a wonderful holiday with six people with intellectual disabilities and three carers at Haus Bullerbü. We were welcomed very warmly and the Boock family was always available for questions. The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished, and we lacked nothing. The garden is spacious and peacefully located, and despite the late season, we could still sit outside. In the evenings, we could make ourselves comfortable with the fireplace and/or sauna. The most beautiful excursions for us were the city strolls in Husum and Flensburg and the trip to Wyk on Föhr. For groups with people with disabilities, the lower area of the house is well-equipped with an accessible shower. In the lower part, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. The other bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, so good "stair climbers" should be in the group for this. Family vacation of three generations.

Beautiful house, ideal for a multi-generational holiday. We, 13 people, spent a week at the Haus Bullerbü, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, and there were favorite spots in the house and large garden for every age. The children made extensive use of the large trampoline and the adults enjoyed the lovely seating areas and beach chairs. Everyone eagerly participated in the campfire for toasting bread on sticks. Fresh bread rolls from the nearby bakery for our breakfast. LIDL, Aldi, and Edeka were quickly accessible by car.
There is nothing to complain about in terms of the house's equipment, especially the dishwasher with so many persons. It is comfortably furnished. The large dining area is a great meeting point for eating, playing, and crafting together.
Ms. Book, the landlady, is extremely nice and accommodating, so the children were allowed to take a few laps on the back of one of her horses. The house is a good starting point for many excursions in the surrounding area. We visited the grass beach in Lüthmoorsiel, Nordstrand, Wyk on Föhr, and Husum. In the village of Bohmstedt, there is also a soccer field and a beautiful playground. Walks from the house were easily possible. Parking spaces for 3 cars were available.
Everything was absolutely cozy; we had everything we needed. We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. Mrs. Book was always available when we had questions.

Ideal for large families or vacations with friends

Ideal for a one-week vacation with the aforementioned target group. Cultural excursions in the area up to approximately 70 km are possible, but you can also simply "relax". All necessary household utensils are available - also in good condition. Sauna and grill are available, children have play equipment and the large trampoline at their disposal - what more could one want?

Holiday camp with teenagers

Very nice reception and support. Large, quaint, cute holiday home in a small village. Shopping opportunities and leisure activities are easily accessible by car. Very suitable for teenagers and children. In good weather, the garden is excellent for campfires and games.

House Bullerbü - an ideal domicile for family reunions!

I am very happy to give a consistently positive review for the house Bullerbü in Bohmstedt.

I rented this holiday home from June 8th to 11th, 2017 for a family reunion. We were a total of eleven adults from three generations, five children aged two to ten, and two dogs. The house and garden were ideal for this occasion, offering so many possibilities to dine, chat, exercise, or play in a pleasant atmosphere that we didn't feel the need to venture into the surrounding area.

The trampoline was one of the highlights and was heavily used. One evening, weather permitting, we grilled and had a bonfire, which was especially enjoyable for the children as they could roast marshmallows in the fire. Mrs. Boock was a friendly, warm landlady with whom we immediately hit it off.

In short: We all felt very comfortable in this house and highly recommend it.

Great house for groups / large families

For a wedding, we were looking for accommodation for 18 people so that we could all stay under one roof and not be scattered everywhere - we found Haus Bullerbü and were very impressed. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Boock personally. The house is very well equipped and has a wonderful large garden, where even our youngest member (1.5 years old) felt very comfortable.

Therefore, we can only recommend this house.

Extended weekend at the "Bullerbü" house

For ten years, we have been going on a weekend trip with several families. A total of between 12 and 16 people. This year, we stayed at the "Bullerbü" holiday home of the Boock family. The house is the oldest but coziest in the town of Bohmstedt. We used the house with its five rooms and three bathrooms, the large garden with a trampoline, and spacious terrace. Next to the kitchen was the dining room with a table for 12 people. The entire house is clean and well maintained. The garden is completely fenced in, so we could let the dog we brought with us run free. The trampoline, the barbecue, the fire pit, and the good weather rounded off the shared event weekend. Excursions to Nordstrand and Wyk on Föhr prevented boredom from arising at all. Unfortunately, the few days passed by too quickly.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Lots of space, well-equipped in all areas, great for self-catering, the kitchen has everything you need (e.g., even baking paper), charming house, cozy furnishings. The contact with Mrs. Boock was uncomplicated and friendly.

Für Großfamilien

A wonderful place for a big family, for dogs, and other individuals who are no longer able to roam free alone. :-) We had time to relax, read, or play games, depending on our preference. There was plenty of space. And if you just looked at the fire in front of the stove.

One should be a bit mobile to explore Schleswig-Holstein. We really enjoyed our trip to Hallig Hooge.

And what amazing weather we had! Back home, I realize that it's snowing outside.

Closure holiday at the North Sea

Very beautifully located house (almost estate) in the middle of the little village Bohmstedt. We felt very comfortable all these days, extremely nice landlady. Room layout and the number of bathrooms ideal for larger groups. Excursion destinations in the surrounding area easily accessible by car. The whole house is fenced, making it very suitable for dogs. During walks in the village, you were always greeted with a friendly "Moin Moin," great people in the village! All in all a very nice stay, thank you to the Boock family and all the best for the future.
