Description

With a living area of 75 m², the holiday flat, which was newly renovated in 2016, provides a charming ambience with comfortable furnishings in country house style, so that you can feel good and relax immediately after your arrival

The holiday flat is located on the first floor and can be accessed separately via an external staircase
The light-flooded entrance area leads directly into the spacious living room. Here you can relax on a corner set and two armchairs after your day out, while the flat-screen TV with cable TV provides entertainment and the wood-burning stove creates a cosy, romantic atmosphere
The adjoining fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your extensive and comfortable self-catering - with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and a microwave, kettle, Senseo and coffee machine
The holiday flat has 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed surrounded by two bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps. Wardrobes and chests of drawers provide sufficient storage space for your travel wardrobe. If required, a children's travel bed and a high chair are available.
The bathroom offers a large bathtub with a shower fitting including a shower partition. In addition, the vinyl-planked floor is heated by underfloor heating. The internet access has a capacity of 100 Mbit/s.

On the south side there is a roof terrace, accessible via the kitchen or the bathroom. There you will be able to unwind in the summer months in the beach chair or on comfortable garden furniture.

On cosy summer nights, you can enjoy the beautiful evenings at the campfire or barbecue area.
You are also welcome to borrow the two electric bicycles.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm property. The former utility building of the country house was newly developed in 2016
It is located in a side street with little traffic on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields.
The large driveway offers space for several cars. In the well-maintained garden, humans and animals find sufficient peace and relaxation.
Adjacent to the property is our farm pasture with a small pond.

In the immediate vicinity, the village offers many beautiful hiking trails
You are welcome to explore the beautiful area on one of our lovely horses
For experienced riders this is free of charge.

On weekdays, the local bakery offers fresh bread rolls, 5 minutes walk away.
In the farmer's forest 1/2 hour walk, our guests will find a rustic forest tavern. A side street away from the flat a restaurant with culinary offers.

Ideal holiday base

We felt very comfortable with the friendly Boocks
We also found the weekly price for the FeWo very relaxing for our holiday budget.
The village of "Bohmstedt" may sound like the end of the world; however, it turns out to be an ideal starting point for a variety of activities in all directions
The dream beaches of Amrum, St. Peter-Ording or Sylt are just as quickly reached as the Multimar (Tönning), Gottorf Castle or Haitabu (both near Schleswig) and much more
Since the usual supermarkets are almost around the corner, you can also make yourself comfortable with provisions in the FeWo and really get started in the fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer) (even spices are there!). Or walk 50m to a really good, but higher-priced restaurant where even the locals can only get a seat with advance notice!
The Boocks also like to "hide" fresh breakfast eggs from happy chickens right in front of the door as a morning greeting - guarded by two older, cosy farm horses, which is certainly a good reason for younger horse fans not to go to the beach with their parents. :)

Maybe it will work out again!

" Över de Loh"

We would like to thank you once again for a wonderful holiday. Family Boock welcomed us directly on arrival and showed us the accommodation. A lovingly furnished flat, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a very nice bathroom and the living room with fireplace was more than cosy. On the beautiful terrace you can eat and relax. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. Whether sunbathing in the garden, barbecuing or relaxing, everyone gets their money's worth here. You should have seen the harbour in Husum, you can shop, drink coffee and relax. For children there are two very nice horses on site. They are certainly happy to be groomed and pampered. Mrs Boock always has a treat and a kind word for all four-legged guests. You feel comfortable and wanted here. In the short time we have been here, a friendship has developed and I have wanderlust for the first time. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything (Samoticha family).

Contemplative calm

The holiday flat can be recommended for all those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The large veranda is a great place to eat and relax. The location of the flat is perfect for day trips throughout Schleswig-Holstein. A beach that is not so crowded can be reached in a short time by bike or car, where children can also play very nicely in the sand.

Super nice holiday flat in a great quiet location

The holiday flat is very well maintained, spacious and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen, all daily necessities are available. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is ideal for exploring the area. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Wadden Sea. We were very warmly welcomed by the Boock family and we will definitely come back.

Recommended, also with a dog.

Super nice landlords. Very dog-friendly, with a welcome treat (also for humans). Smaller paths for walking the dog are easily accessible. Everything is available in the kitchen, very pretty apartment. The location was fine for us (rural). If you don't want to drive a lot, it might not be optimal, but now in autumn, it was nice to warm up in the car for a few minutes :-)

Supertolle Wohnung

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped apartment with very nice landlords. We felt comfortable from the beginning, and so did our dog! You really don't need to think about anything, everything is there. All shopping facilities are available in Bredstedt, 6 km away, and there is a bakery around the corner. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. Many attractions are nearby. My daughter also enjoyed horse riding. We would definitely come back.

Wellness Oasis in Nordfriesland / Perfect Hosts !!!

A great apartment in a wonderful and quiet location, the apartment lacks nothing, everything is available down to the smallest detail. The large wooden balcony with a beach chair is a dream for relaxing and unwinding.
The Boock family are super nice and warm hosts!!! The pets are also welcomed with treats and just as warmly welcomed. We will come back, even just to enjoy the cozy apartment with a fireplace in cooler weather :)

Wellness oasis in the North

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very clean and furnished with much love, nothing is missing.
Feel at home!
Very nice area, even without direct beach proximity, there are many excursion possibilities to great sights.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities.
Ideal place to relax in an absolutely quiet location.
There is even the opportunity to go horse riding for everyone.
The Boock family leaves nothing to be desired. This vacation rental can be highly recommended. We love to come back again and again.

Dreamy break in tranquil North Frisia!

The Boock couple is truly extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, ensuring that you feel very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is very modern and cozy, well thought out and equipped with everything you need for a successful and relaxing vacation! The location is extremely quiet and therefore highly recommended if you need some distance from the city and people. Fireplace and underfloor heating as well as a bathtub make you feel at home quickly. A real dream vacation that is absolutely recommendable!

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

We spent just under three days in the new holiday apartment of the Boock family and were very happy with our decision from the first day. Mrs. Boock is a very nice lady who enabled us to take our spontaneous short break at the North Sea through quick responses and email contact. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished. In the living room, there is a fireplace that is simply wonderful on windy days. But also light-flooded rooms with a view of the surroundings and two horses waiting outside the door on the paddock have made our short time very enjoyable. On cold days, the sauna can also be used.
The location is ideal if you want to enjoy country life with excellent transport connections to other places and beaches. For us, it was important to have the opportunity to do something different every day and still not always be exposed to the cold wind and hustle and bustle.
We want to thank you very much and hope to see you again soon :)
