With a living area of 75 m², the holiday flat, which was newly renovated in 2016, provides a charming ambience with comfortable furnishings in country house style, so that you can feel good and relax immediately after your arrival
The holiday flat is located on the first floor and can be accessed separately via an external staircase
The light-flooded entrance area leads directly into the spacious living room. Here you can relax on a corner set and two armchairs after your day out, while the flat-screen TV with cable TV provides entertainment and the wood-burning stove creates a cosy, romantic atmosphere
The adjoining fitted kitchen is fully equipped for your extensive and comfortable self-catering - with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and a microwave, kettle, Senseo and coffee machine
The holiday flat has 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed surrounded by two bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps. Wardrobes and chests of drawers provide sufficient storage space for your travel wardrobe. If required, a children's travel bed and a high chair are available.
The bathroom offers a large bathtub with a shower fitting including a shower partition. In addition, the vinyl-planked floor is heated by underfloor heating. The internet access has a capacity of 100 Mbit/s.
On the south side there is a roof terrace, accessible via the kitchen or the bathroom. There you will be able to unwind in the summer months in the beach chair or on comfortable garden furniture.
On cosy summer nights, you can enjoy the beautiful evenings at the campfire or barbecue area.
You are also welcome to borrow the two electric bicycles.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm property. The former utility building of the country house was newly developed in 2016
It is located in a side street with little traffic on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields.
The large driveway offers space for several cars. In the well-maintained garden, humans and animals find sufficient peace and relaxation.
Adjacent to the property is our farm pasture with a small pond.
In the immediate vicinity, the village offers many beautiful hiking trails
You are welcome to explore the beautiful area on one of our lovely horses
For experienced riders this is free of charge.
On weekdays, the local bakery offers fresh bread rolls, 5 minutes walk away.
In the farmer's forest 1/2 hour walk, our guests will find a rustic forest tavern. A side street away from the flat a restaurant with culinary offers.

Ideal holiday base
We felt very comfortable with the friendly Boocks
We also found the weekly price for the FeWo very relaxing for our holiday budget.
The village of "Bohmstedt" may sound like the end of the world; however, it turns out to be an ideal starting point for a variety of activities in all directions
The dream beaches of Amrum, St. Peter-Ording or Sylt are just as quickly reached as the Multimar (Tönning), Gottorf Castle or Haitabu (both near Schleswig) and much more
Since the usual supermarkets are almost around the corner, you can also make yourself comfortable with provisions in the FeWo and really get started in the fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer) (even spices are there!). Or walk 50m to a really good, but higher-priced restaurant where even the locals can only get a seat with advance notice!
The Boocks also like to "hide" fresh breakfast eggs from happy chickens right in front of the door as a morning greeting - guarded by two older, cosy farm horses, which is certainly a good reason for younger horse fans not to go to the beach with their parents. :)
Maybe it will work out again!

" Över de Loh"
We would like to thank you once again for a wonderful holiday. Family Boock welcomed us directly on arrival and showed us the accommodation. A lovingly furnished flat, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a very nice bathroom and the living room with fireplace was more than cosy. On the beautiful terrace you can eat and relax. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. Whether sunbathing in the garden, barbecuing or relaxing, everyone gets their money's worth here. You should have seen the harbour in Husum, you can shop, drink coffee and relax. For children there are two very nice horses on site. They are certainly happy to be groomed and pampered. Mrs Boock always has a treat and a kind word for all four-legged guests. You feel comfortable and wanted here. In the short time we have been here, a friendship has developed and I have wanderlust for the first time. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything (Samoticha family).

Contemplative calm
The holiday flat can be recommended for all those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The large veranda is a great place to eat and relax. The location of the flat is perfect for day trips throughout Schleswig-Holstein. A beach that is not so crowded can be reached in a short time by bike or car, where children can also play very nicely in the sand.

Super nice holiday flat in a great quiet location
The holiday flat is very well maintained, spacious and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen, all daily necessities are available. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is ideal for exploring the area. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Wadden Sea. We were very warmly welcomed by the Boock family and we will definitely come back.

Zu empfehlen, auch mit Hund
Super nette Vermieter.
Sehr hundefreundlich,mit Begrüßungsleckerlie (auch für Menschen :-) ) kleinere Wege zum Gassigehen sind gut erreichbar.
Alles vorhanden in der Küche,sehr hübsche Wohnung.
Die Lage war für uns ok(ländlich)wenn man nicht so viel Auto fahren will ist es vielleicht nicht optimal ,aber jetzt im Herbst war es schön sich ein paar Minuten im Auto aufzuwärmen :-)

Supertolle Wohnung
Wunderschöne, moderne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit ganz netten Vermietern. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und auch unser Hund! Man brauch wirklich an nichts denken, es ist alles vorhanden. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 6km entfernten Bredstedt vorhanden und es gibt einen Bäcker um die Ecke. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier an der Richtigen Adresse. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Auch das Reiten hat meiner Tochter sehr gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wohlfühl-Oase in Nordfriesland / Perfekte Gatgeber !!!
Eine tolle Wohnung in herrlicher und ruhiger Lage, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, bis in kleinste Detail alles vorhanden. Auch der große Holzbalkon mit Strandkorb ein Traum zum Erholen und ausspannen.
Familie Boock supernette und herzliche Gatgeber !!! Auch die Haustiere mit Leckerli begrüßt und genauso herzlich willkommen.
Wir kommen wieder, alleine auch um bei kühlerem Wetter die gemütliche Wohnung mit Kamin zu nutzen :)

Traum in Nordfriesland
Ein Traumurlaub ging leider zu Ende. Super nette Vermieter, Top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und eine herrlich zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Nordfrieslands. Wir und unser Hund haben uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts.
Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause !!!
Sehr schöne Gegend, auch ohne direkte Strandnähe gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichleiten zu tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich.
Idealer Ort zum entspannen in absoluter ruhiger Lage.
Für alle gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit zum reiten.
Familie Boock lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Diese Ferienwohnumg kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Traumhafte Auszeit im ruhigen Nordfriesland!
Das Ehepaar Boock ist wirklich extrem freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich und gut durchdacht eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man für einen gelungenen und entspannten Urlaub so braucht!
Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und daher absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man mal etwas Abstand zu Großstadt und Menschen braucht. Kamin und Fußbodenheizung sowie Badewanne lassen einen schnell ankommen und sich wohl fühlen. Ein echter Traumurlaub, der absolut zu empfehlen ist!

Superlative!!! Urlaub von Anfang an!
Wunderbare, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung nach neustem und mit hohem Standard! Eine Wohnung, wo man seinen Urlaub direkt beginnen kann und nicht schon zu Hause überlegen muss, was man alles besser selber mitschleppt, um alles dort zu haben. Es fehlt an NICHTS!!!!
Sehr liebe Gastgeber, die mit Herz bei der Sache sind und gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn gewünscht.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten hier einen super Kurzurlaub und können uns der vorhergehenden Bewertung nur anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Für kalte Tage sorgt der Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung für ein heimisches Gefühl. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und idyllisch und man ist mit dem Auto schnell überall an den schönen Ecken der Region. Die Familie Boock ist sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten knappe drei Tage in der neuen Ferienwohnung von Familie Boock und waren vom ersten Tag an super glücklich mit unserer Entscheidung. Frau Boock ist eine sehr nette Dame, die uns durch schnelle Rückmeldung und Emailkontakt unseren spontanen Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee ermöglicht hat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kamin, der an windigen Tagen einfach großartig ist. Aber auch lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit Blick auf die Umgebung und zudem noch zwei Pferde, die direkt auf der Koppel vor der Tür auf einen warten, haben uns die kurze Zeit sehr versüßt. An kalten Tagen kann zudem noch die Sauna mit genutzt werden.
Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man das Landleben mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung an andere Ortschaften und Strände genießen möchte. Für uns war es wichtig die Möglichkeit zu haben jeden Tag was anderes unternehmen zu können und trotzdem nicht immer dem kalten Wind und dem Trubel ausgesetzt zu sein.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen :)
